Boston College's O'brien is..

It had been widely noted that O'Brian was frustrated with poor fan support from the Boston area (note BC getting stiffed the last 2 years in Bowl games because their fans don't travel) and his $785,000/year contract at BC is the 11th (out of 12) highest salary in the ACC now that Butch Davis signed his 1.8 million/year deal at UNC.

 

NC State has been known for mistake prone games and not being very disciplined during games and the fans there were not happy about this. This cost them a few games during Amato's time there. O'Brian would easily take care of this problem because he runs a tight ship and is probably one of the most underrated coaches in the country.
