Guest JJBrickface Report Share Posted January 31, 2007 [ QUOTE ] If Cedric Benson can become the back they hope he can, I think so.... [/ QUOTE ] I can see it happening also. They have given Benson more carries near the end of the season.
mv91 259 Report Share Posted January 31, 2007 I agree that Jones is their best RB. just like someone already said, Benson will probably be the man in chicago next year
rvtne216 278 Report Share Posted February 1, 2007 Yeah last night on Sports Center they said "If the Bears win the Super Bowl,Thomas Jones Will be traded".Why the heck would you trade Thomas Jones
mv91 259 Report Share Posted February 1, 2007 I agree. THomas Jones has not had a real chance from a team since he has been in the league. He has always had to share time with another RB, whether it was with Cardinals, Tampa or even in Chicago. Even though Chicago has given him more playin time then the others. If Benson had not heldout his rookie year, Jones probably would have been sitting on the bench. Not right, but probably how it would have been. Im a big fan of Jones or anyone else from the area. That is why I am pulling for the Bears on Sunday
