Guys I am sure teams in the area has changed to this style. The concussion protocol has changed the game as has the amount of live contact per week of 90 minutes. Coaches have to learn how t teach the game while maintaining safety. There has been bills sent forth in Va congress to eliminate kickoffs but was voted down. also there was a bill that allowed 2 days of hitting in the preseason then when the season started only one day. Enjoy football today cause in 5 years the game will not be what it was back in the day! (70's & 80's)

Don't sell warriors short. They have moments on offense and young kids generally play hard all season It is the older kids that quit and look forward to the next season. Look for this game to be closer than you think. Holston gave them fits.

Everything is going to be based on power points. They will award district champion and tournament champion but the rest of the spots will be on power points.

Mr Real Talk what Rebel fans has posted anything about PH being great? I have seen a few posts that was stated and the rebel fans commented but on one has come on here to brag. U just want to stir the pot. But let us look at your comments 1.Level of competition would definitely favor GW, they have always played a tough schedule and always fared well. PH schedule i thin is about the same as they have always played they have just beaten the teams this year. 2. I think PH has the speed advantage look to track season and talk to GW fans they are not the typical GW speed 3. GW defense is very strong will be interesting to see if PH can muster up any offense GW is and should be the favorite but that is why they play the game.

Obviously this topic was stated by a non Rebel Fan. Unless I missed something the Rebels are having a good year but no one has talked about them being great or a real threat. I hope they are enjoying a good year after the many years they have been down.

Guys all you say is true. It just amuses me that when schools that has dominated the area speaks about youth. Alot of the Single A school in the area plays a bunch of sophomores some even play freshman. Year in year out for whatever reason probably losing those kids don't stick it out so it is a vicious cycle for schools that do not have tradition. Now that GW is in that situation they talk about it. Welcome to how the other half lives! LOL I am not wanting to start anything because I enjoy reading the posts made by you guys very knowledgeable and give good insight. Just saying this is something most schools deals with every year and you guys are in it this year. You may be a scary sight the next couple of years though.
