  1. Graham holds Giles on 4th and 2. Graham ball with 4:53 left in the game. Still 20-7
  2. 25 yard Td pass from Cam to Devin Lester. 20-7 Graham with 11:20 left in the game
  3. End of the 3rd. Graham up 13-7 and driving
  4. Touchdown Graham. Xp blocked. 13-7 with 7:42 in the 3rd. Td was a run by Cam
  5. End of the first half here in Pearisburg. Tied 7-7 and graham is lucky to be tied. The only thing down about Giles this year is their numbers, still a dang good football team
  6. 51 yard touchdown run by Cam. All tied up 7-7 with 10 min to go in the 2nd
  7. Giles player injured with 10:25 left in the 2nd. Not sure of the injury but the young man is being taken out by an ambulance. Prayers for this young man and family
  8. End of the first quarter Giles leading 7-0. Moving the ball with ease
  9. Giles strikes first on missed tackles by the Graham defense. 7-0 Spartans
  10. Haven’t seen a post for game updates. So post them when you have them!
  11. Graham should win, but the single wing will give the Graham defense a hard time. Bluefield ran all over Graham, and Tazewell broke a couple of big runs last week and picked up a good amount of yards running the ball. Should be another competitive and close game between these two great programs.
  12. The Dawgs will pick up their first victory of the season easily.
  13. 1. Bluefield 2. Union 3. Ridgeview 4. Graham 5. Richlands 6. Abingdon 7. Chillhowie 8. VA High 9. Pulaski 10. Galax
  14. Just in time to listen on lunch break!
  15. Graham should win this game, but if they go into Bulldog Stadium thinking that it's going to be a cake walk, the G-Men will be heading back to Bluefield with a loss in week 2. I have seem both teams play and I see this being closer than what some people may think. I can see the score being close at halftime, and the youth of Tazewell will be the down fall in the second half. Graham 34 Tazewell 21
  16. They don’t look half bad at all. But if Tazewell could tackle this game would much closer.
  17. Hopefully I will be able to attend this game from where it is being played Thursday night. I believe that the hype around Tazewell this year is very real. I look for Tazewell to win this game in front of what should be a packed house. I see Tazewell forcing a turnover or stopping V High on the last drive to win the game. Good luck Dawgs!
  18. Well it is the week of the big game. Everyone knows how loaded Bluefield is and everyone knows Graham has the athletes, but the line play on both sides is subpar at best. Can Graham pull the upset? Or will Bluefield get win number one, in what should be another special season for the Beavers. My heart says Graham wins a close one 20-17 but my head says Bluefield 42-21.
  19. Very glad to hear this. I was there for only a short period of time, but what I saw when I was there was not good. How was Reed?
  20. Graham is hosting Glenvar this evening. I have seen the times of 5 and 5:30 pm. Free admission for anyone wanting to check out the G-Men or the Highlanders.
  21. Should be one of the more competitive games in recent memory. Both teams are loaded with returning players and both teams lost big time play makers, Taymon Cooke for Graham and Mookie and Truck for Bluefield. Look out for Cam Allen for Graham and I can't remember the name, but Bluefield has a young kid that is already getting d1 attention and is supposed to be lighting fast. The game will come down to which team can when the battle at the offensive and defensive line. Two big turnovers last year for Graham pretty much lost them the game, the interception returned for a touchdown and the fumble at the one yard line. If Graham wants to win, they can't turn the ball over at all. If they can hold on to the ball and contain Bluefield then Graham has a good chance of winning but Bluefield will be tough to beat this year.
