Didn't like that system at all. Union had to travel to Dan River one week and turn around and go to Appomattox the next week. It's okay if you're the home team I guess but the traveling was ridiculous. Don't think you should travel 5 hours for a first round game

Yeah there's way too many teams now making playoffs. I wouldn't even mind 4 but not sure how to do it right. If you go to 4 I guess teams will start finding 1A schools who win 6 or 7 games since they'll get 2A points for it

Could be close who knows how Union will play. Played Abingdon decent second half. Looked like State champs playing Richlands first half then couldn't tackle second half. Great first half vs Ridgeview then again couldn't tackle second half. Even central game was close at half then second, well I guess everyone has seen the pattern. My guess is Union will lead at half by a couple scores and then hang on for dear life.
