    This!

He never said you can't mention Blacksburg. He never said they can't be in a post when one of our teams is playing them. He simply said -- which is something that has been said FOUR THOUSAND TIMES -- that Blacksburg is not in our coverage area, and therefor, not eligible for our SWVA polls and stuff like that. That's it.

Talk about them all you want. Talk about how Beck is so fast. Talk about how Terry is the best player they have. Talk about Thad. Just don't rank them in a poll on here. Pretty simple.

Is it up for discussion? I'm not starting trouble or trying to but what about maybe taking a poll and adding them since the consensus for a week or so considered them "our" area.

Skype would be the easiest / cheapest way. Sound quality won't be perfect but you can play with the settings on the recorder and make it decent.

    Ryan,

You can try the format at blogtalk radio, it would allow you and a co-host to record from two different locations. Also, if you have a regular scheduled program, it will provide you with a number and you can take call-ins. Once the program ends, it is then available as a live stream via an rss feed.

    Hope this helps

Both of these was what I was going to say

My peeps tell me that a FROSH could one day be da man.  Can he tote the rock now is the superior thought. Like they say at the other Spartan land(down 81).  Giles just plays for rocks,. Others play for smelly socks!

    Haha elaborate?

Apparently he thought he was Adrian Peterson and needed to be in. He had fumbled around 4/5 times and coach wouldn't put him in. You could hear him screaming this from the stands. He got into to it with him (fist fight) the refs stopped the game and them and the team broke them apart. After it kinda cooled down a few mins the player charges him with his helment and is stopped by some bigger lineman. It was interesting to say the least.

That was 2010 not 2011. It's still funny that Coeburn fans got tore all to hell when GC rang bells, blew the train horns, and hit the Knights in the mouth. I remember them saying that we deleberatly knocked their QB out on the GC sideline (ain't that the point of football?) and continued to kick/stomp him after Seaver Elliott lit up his world (legally). Coeburn was wayyy over their head in that playoff game.

Over their head? Not necessarily. If that how you classify a good/decent team against that team well I say that is not a fair assessment. The 2010 GC team were men. We were not. If you'd like a modern day showing watch the week 10 matchup of Alabama-Mercer. And yes newberry was "lit up".

  6. I'll choose three:

    (3) Gate City- two words train horn. Not sure if it's still there. Don't wanna go back to find out. Coeburn-GC 2011 was enough for me.

    (2) JIB - nuff said.

    (1) Wise Central- seating and field not so bad. The fact that entering and leaving I sat in 2 hours round trip of traffic. Hopefully gets better with time.

Honorable Mention: Twin springs, Castlewood, and Ralph Cummins at Clintwood.
