Really? Let's be honest. This is the first year in quite some time any game with Tazewell has been this relevant. Im like Ryan, I am tickled Tazewell has made it this far and all 3 schools are competitive. Had Harris not been injured last year they would have been a threat then and would have definitely helped them going into this short season. With that said, I'm pulling for Graham and I love the "ribbing". Whether its the parade or the trophy dont take it personal guys cause I fully expect it in return. If Graham loses Saturday after the "want some come get some" chant im ready for the heat yall are gonna throw at me.🤣

I will be surprised if this game is separated by 21 points for either team. If that happens someone's had a bad day. Just my opinion though. Saturday can't get here soon enough!

If Tazewell wins this game there's not a doubt in my mind that trophy will be going down Main St like the Lombardi Trophy. The Brady to Gronk boat to boat pass won't have nothing on the Nunley to Harris sidewalk to sidewalk pass.

Yep there is a trophy on the line Saturday. I must say there is some meaning behind this one or should I say history. "Warhawk" in general should look better than that dragon or whatever that thing is.

Thats what I was thinking. Maybe I'm just an old fart lol. If you notice all these bowls and trophies revolve around whoever Tazewell plays that week. Next week I think they play Virginia High. I haven't seen a press release yet on the name of that bowl or trophy. Im sure its in the works. I hope this Warhawk Trophy looks better than the "Ugly Trophy Bowl" medal of honor.

Yep, he's a sophomore.

The majority of Graham's starters and those that see lots of playing time are sophomores. #56, #55, and #52 are all sophomores that start on the o line. The defense is made up of mostly sophomores. The LBs are sophomores as well. This Saturday will be a big test for them. Tazewell did a wholesale hold back in the 8th grade on this senior class. So they are a good bit older than the Graham kids. I see several on here are predicting Graham to win. I think Graham will have to play their best game of the year and then some to make up the gap in size and age.

The match ups for this game should be fun to watch. Blevins/Nunley, Fritz/Harris, Bradshaw/Jordan. Whats not to like about this? Who wants it the most?

I would like to see a comparison of the offensive lines. Erik Robinson had a segment on the radio yesterday about Graham's offensive and defensive line. Erik stated at the beginning that he felt like Graham would go as far as their offensive and defensive line can take them. I tend to agree with him. I believe Graham starts 3 sophomores, a Jr, and a senior on the line. At the beginning of each year it seems like I say, Graham is going to struggle on the line. It seems Coach Austin gets them in shape every year. Add coach Davis to that list now. Tazewell's offensive line looks much bigger than Graham with the exception of Meadows.

This may come down to which team can keep the penalties under 200 yards😂

I don't much about Auburn but I was pretty surprised at how well GW played against Galax. The backup QB for GW has played well so far. His brother may have lost his starting position lol.

@stu_bean may be correct about it depending on each location. At the Tazewell vs Marion game I seen a few people on the sidewalk, some on the hill above the stadium and several parked in their cars,watching the game.
