they have the talent. they don't have experience because they don't play. like you said different strokes.

games like tonite woulda been a good chance to use that bench. first 5 min in I woulda sat all 5 starters for at least rest of 1st qtr to get there attention. we could go at least 4 deep on the bench without a significant drop off imo. those kids can play but for whatever reason don't get any min. but I guess when your 13 3 you cant argue too much. we are winning. ijus think down the road we will need those guys and they wont be prepared.

union beat burton 66 62. union played like they didn't wanna be there in the first half. burton scored at will in the paint in the first haf. score was 40 27 burton at the half. I wish zack would use his bench more.

union is a tem that plays really good d. pace of game is key for union. if you look at our schedule weve only scored in the 70s one time against ridgeview. the only game we have gave up more than 70 was gatecity. union has to keep games in the 50s 60s to have a shot. jus my observation

I haven't seen re lee or Martinsville but ive seen gatecity 3 times. hard to believe thers a better team than gatecity out there in 2a. I know gatecity has the best player in 2a in mcclung so I would put gatecity 1 for that reason.

McClung is the best basketball player ive seen in this area since calvin talford played at castlewood in the 80s. he can get any shot he wants at anytime. he was the difference tonite. im a huge fan of the kid now. I hope he does well and goes far. I love his passion.

union has played really good dffense during the 10 game win streak. they haven't gave up 60 in a game all season. pace of game will be key for union. I like the bears if they make it a slow half court game. if the bears can keep it in the 60s I think they got a shot.
