Was the penalty in the end zone really because the kid was clapping because I was near the play and he wasn't doing anything toward the Paintsville kid he was just clapping because he defended the pass
Yes.
He clapped at the receiver twice, then turned around and clapped towards his team and said “let’s go!” And the flag was thrown then. He is a close friend of mine and told me this Saturday when I asked about it.
This is how I felt about Cousin from Graham. He was a talent and did amazing things...except when he played Richlands. He was not good and played scared in every game against Richlands.
Union was flagged for 15 yard personal fouls x3. GC was flagged once & it was part of offsetting fouls which didn’t cost any yardage. Union’s final & most egregious personal foul gave GC a first down that kept them within striking distance. ⬆️ That’s from the film; can’t speak for anything anyone might have seen in person.
I lose my cool driving down the road, or at the grocery store somebody got a buggy parked in my way. I know for sure I’d lose my cool if somebody was beating on me all evening and nothing I could do
I know nothing about paintsville other than everyone says they are good, and are setting at a 3-2 record (which means nothing). What’s the take on this game?
I could’ve swore I seen #10 stomp somebody. May have just been the angle I was at from the fence though. I’m not saying he did, but it looked like it, and I heard fans in the stands hollering about something but couldn’t make out what it was.
Cause one horn is so much louder than 65,000 jumping fans at lane stadium. You can’t handle a train horn in high school, you ain’t gonna handle playing D1 big school.
When I play for PV in the later 90s I’d much rather heard a train horn, than 3,000 people cussing at us, and the other 3,000 screaming during the PV/Appy games
