I had an eye appointment in Roanoke this afternoon and headed back to C'burg a little after 4. The accident northbound occurred at MM 138 (right after the first Salem exit) involving at least five cars I saw. At that time traffic was backed up from MM138 to MM123 just outside of C'burg. I cannot imagine how much worse it got when 5pm traffic hit the road heading home. There was a disabled tractor-tailor in left lane southbound in the same area (MM138) and it took my wife an hour and 45-minutes to get home from work in Roanoke. That stretch of interstate is always a mess.

A high-scoring game means a high-possession game for both teams, which in turn leads to more shots and more chances to score. Regardless of your view, the scoring output is absolutely amazing considering the game is only 40-minutes.

Seriously? They just added the big-bat they've been lacking for several years and did so by trading away a utility player and rookie pitcher. It's a great move! Infante had a wonderful season, but he's nothing more than a utility player and this year was likely his high-water mark. Adding Uggla opens up so many opportunities for the Braves to put a productive offensive lineup on the field each day.

There's no doubt the SEC schools have a lot of beautiful young ladies.

The combo of Edwards and Leggett, both freshmen, has a chance to be something very special going forward. The key will be finding an OL to block for them.

I emailed the station (ken@adventureradio.com) asking them to rectify the problems that have hampered the online broadcasts in recent weeks. I would encourage anyone that depends on the online feed to email the same individual. Maybe this will convince them that the online feed is worthy of their attention.

Big mistake huh? The online broadcasts over the last part of the season has been very inconsistent in availability. You'd think someone may want to fix the problem?

Anyone from the board venturing to Chapel Hill for this one? I'm excited to get back to CH this weekend; I haven't been down there since last February. There isn't a more beautiful campus or college town in America.

I hadn't played a COD of game since COD 4, but I bought Black Ops. It's good, but Battlefield 2 was just as good IMO. I don't like the fact that on Black Ops you cannot start out with sniper rifles like you can on Battlefield during online play.

Tevin Allen returned to the field after suffering a serious knee injury early in the Bluefield game this year. Regardless, I hope Princeton keeps Spadaro around for another 20 years.

Yup; a good friend passed along some intriguing information. As I pointed out, however, Spadaro has dodged the assassination bullet for years now. Then again, there's no doubt he has to be on his last leg.
