It was a new spin on an old genre. I really don't think the whole experience will translate well onto home viewing experiences. It's really a film that is meant to be experienced in the theaters.

Kansas has a lot of momentum from the way they manhandled UNC.

This must be very humbling for him, but I sincerely believe he will come out a better person because of it.

A lot of people don't realize that Beckham is more of a creator and facilitator for his teammates, setting them up for goals and what not, rather than a player who scores a lot himself.

[/ QUOTE ] First of all I will say that Gainer is definitely heads and shoulders above Simon as a coach but he had some significant advantages over Simon. The main one that stands out to me is that Bluefield was still a booming, thriving community when Gainer coached which equates into a higher population/more talent.

I seriously wouldn't be surprised if he ended up in New England.

When you say the 2007 Bluefield team is a weak link, I think it speaks as to how dominant and talented those 1997 and 2004 teams were. There isn't a doubt in my mind that each were the best team in WV during their respective years.

I like having the bye week before we play the NC team. I'm sure we'll need it.

I've talked to Ansel several times, a few years ago, and he was always very humble and willing to work for anything he received.

I said Duke wouldn't make the Sweet 16 after they beat UNC.

Ansel is a very grounded and deserving kid.

I foresee some growing pains for JM if they start running a new offense.

One of the worst officiated games I've ever seen on both sides. Fouls were non-existent in the paint and the refs let things get way out of hand.
