Yeahp I called it. What a shame too. It should be obvious to everyone in the state of Virginia that Salem, Richlands, Liberty Bedford, etc... all the 8 plus win teams in the regular season that these should be your teams that dominate the All State voting. My regrets go out to all the kids that played their heart out but there were no room for you on the all state or region team. But until something changes VA High will continue to pull this with 4 win season. Id hate to see what would happen if they won 7 games. They might have two all state players at every position from 1st team all the way through honorable mention.

Last year Salem had 0 All State Players and VA HIgh had at least 4. So I figured the same thing will happen this year. TA, Salem, and Richlands will probably be lucky to combine to add the all state selections they have. If history repeats itself. I could be wrong but it happened last year. And if I am right I told ya so lol.

Va High will have more All State selections than the state champions. I guarantee.

Ah man I dont know anything about it. At this point he just wants a walk on invite,or something, from anywhere. First one to offer him he will more than likely go there. He just wants to play like anyone else. I know what your saying about the stats will be awful but everyone at those games saw the same thing we did. I dont care who you are, there arent too many people that can run with 3 people all over them. In the third and fourth he just started dragging people for five yards at a time. And thats impressive for someone 175 pounds. He is extremely powerful in his legs. But that college stuff. We dont know. All we can do is pray for something good to work out for him.

Shooo I wish they would quit playing cotton eyed joe. Grundy already gets a bad rap. That doesnt help. lol.

I learned a lot about Garon last night. This was my first game seeing him this year. He took a beating and never gave up. From what I was told the beating he took last week was of unreal proportions and he never gave up. Everyone that was at the game saw that no matter where he went, the defense shifted. The entire line and the linebackers. So when he got the ball he was staring at at least 3 defenders, everytime. In the second half he just got contact and drug defenders with him. I hope the line gives him some blocks the rest of the season because I didnt see any holes last night. But good job Garon. Your one tough cookie. Lol.

Good Game Bluefield. I hope you guys win the rest of your contests. Your a good team and everyone was a class act. I havent seen a good game of that nature in Grundy in 4 years. It was exciting. Like I said, Good luck and I wish you the best the rest of the season.

Garon is 2 tds away from 50 for a career and 50 yards from Grundys all time leading rusher. So if he isnt as good as Ringstaff was, how many tds did he have for a carrer? Yards?YPC.I can only tell ya right off that last season garons stats were better than Rinstaffs on 40 less carries at the end of the regular season and Ringstaff was first team all state and SWD player of the year, Garon was honorable mention. SO go figure.But put up the stats here and you can compare Garon and him after the season. If Ringstaff had more than he did he better. Plain and simple. Bradshaw. Yeah everyone knows he is one of the best ever. NO suprise. His stats show it. Garon sick??? Lol. I talked to him last night I didnt hear one sniffle. Lance, are you using tactics? lol. They know if Garon didnt miss for a broken hand he wont for the sniffles. But good try lol.
