Legion Field at Gate City is in the elite for one of the hardest. From what I hear mitchell stadium is pretty difficult.

Only part I hated about Richlands was travel. But I guess compared tho 2 teams we are playing next year who are away games (Seymour, TN and Breathitt Co., KY) Richlands would probably be a hop, skip and a jump from here.

Powell Valley plays Lee High first

It is extremely cold here. We have a bout an inch of snow. We will probably end up with 2 or 3 inches when this is over.

I remember I was in about 1st grade or something one year. We went to school first. All my buddies were talking about a blizzard. We got word that it had just started snowing like crazy. It was stickin good tooo. They sent us home in school buses. The bus drivers went real slow. Roads were covered. We were aabout halfway to my house we saw a preschool bus flipped upside down in a ditch. Freaked us all out. That was a huge storm.

They've always kicked butt everytime I have seen them.

They said on WCYB that it could get really windy. Monday it's supposed to get bloody cold.

Powell Valley is dropping Sullivan North, TN and picking up Seymour, TN.

Thanks on a great season Powell Valley. There had to be one winner and one loser and I hate that PV was the loser of this one. PV could have made a come back with about 3 minutes left in the game. Robbins passes. Hopefully it was a touchdown pass. And Manassas Park intercepts it. Manassas Park's Zach Terrell was running so quick that he was just too much for Powell Valley. Next year PV will be rebuilding. Lose like 18 seniors from this year's team. Thank you Vikings on a great season. Congrtaulations to the Cougars.

The 2002 Gate City was just as tough as last year's.

The 1998 Powell Valley team was mean.

Although I dislike Dallas I think Julius is gonna do very well there in the next few years. I remember watching him play here at Powell Valley. Nobody could stop him.
