It was a kickoff return. Richlands dosnt have a jv kickoff team. Or if they do Ive never seen em use it. Ive always seen teh starting special teams coem out and do their job even if the jv is in.

I expect teh Phills to rest several players in that series. I wouldnt be suprised if you guys sweep us in that series.

We scored on the last play of the game. You scored on teh next to last play of the game. Is that not the same thing. You scored, so we scored. It was a mudhole down there at Burton, but guess what? They have a great pass attack, and as much as it slowed you guys down, it slowed them down too. On turf, Burton wins by 3 tds. And you stood toe to toe with us for 17 minutes. Wow. It takes 60.

As I've said a hundred times before, you CAN NOT use the TRANSITIVE property in football. Just because one team beat a team by said amount, and another beat the same team by more, that does not make one team better. Weve seen SB, Falconman, ATrain, and whoever else drinks taht stuff down there say that because Richlands beat Gate City by 31, and Richlands beat Abingdon by 29, therefor Abingdon must be 2 points better than Gate City, which we all know is complete bs. The transitive property is useless in sports.

I second this notion.

When we came out in the 3rd quarter it was quite clear he had called the dogs off. We scored on a kickoff return, and a Quick WR Screen. He ran about 10 pass plays in the 2nd half. If you know anything about Richlands, you know we pass to set up the run. He may have left in the starters, but he was calling plays that he knew wouldnt be an easy score.

Even if you happen to make the playoffs, you will get slaughtered. Abingdon cant hang with the boys out there.

As much as I wish it would happen, Richlands dosnt have an opening on their schedule. Next year it will be Tazewell, CC, Abingdon, Marion, Graham, Gate City, Honaker, Patrick Co., Pulaski Co., and Powell Valley.

This one could get real ugly real fast. It could be like the PV game and be over by the end of the 1st....but I remember a Tazewell team that went 1-9....and the only win was against Richlands.

Its not OSU winning out....its Oregon. They are impressive. What if this happens...Bama 13-0 Boise 12-0 TCU 12-0 Oregon 12-0 Ohio St 12-0 and maybe even Nebraska 13-0. Then what do we do?

Exactly!!! You can not use the transitive property in footbal!! If you do that, then App. St. technically should have been the FBS National champion a few years back.

I was there. I left at the end of the 3rd quarter. But heres what I saw, from an outsiders opinion. Abingdon fans are truly classless. When we had players hurt last week their fans and band continued what they were doing, same tonight. During the moment of silence and when a Taz player was down, they never showed any respect. Late hits were flying all over the place. I thought Taz played extremely well in the first half, but it seemed like when they couldnt score to even it up at 13-13, they rolled over. P.S. I only met stu bean. Saw him in the parking lot haha. And I was really suprised at how many Richlands fans were there, and cheering for Tazewell. It must tell you something, Abingdon, when a team that just beat you would go to their RIVAL school and cheer for them against you.

Sometimes ya gotta do what must be done to say outta the dog house...no pun intended.
