marion hasnt ever lost a home game to abingdon in either schools program until this year... Abingdons coach has done alot to turn the program around in the past 4 years having alittle talent never hurts either...

if im not mistaken marion is 3-2 now in district play they beat tazewell...

well we can see from last year that the player of the year isnt really the best player but the best team so whoever wins the district will have the automatic POY. Last year freeman from marion broke state scoring records scored over 100 points in a single season and didnt even get first team all state much POY. I think thats rediculus personaly...

Marion's team is very young this year but they have some very good freshman coming up. I see them getting 2nd maybe 3rd in the district. it was a good game carrol didnt play as well as i thought they would but marion also missed alot of chances... it was a dog fight the second half can't wait for a good match thrusday...

Abingdon is getting a new one.... It was supposed to be completed by the end of this season but the sod has not taken root. Marion on the other hand is a Football town even though we blow at it and all the money goes twords the football field and there is no way that a soccer boot would ever touch that field.

both games the first one was 4-0 at half time... the second game we had 2 starters out the whole game and by the end of the game we had 3.... and the shot ratio was 35-5

YA that is why abingdon beat them last year in the semis....

D. Mills is the best all-around goaly by far in our region. He is the most fundamentally sound goaly for sure. He saved abingdon in the last 15 min on Sat. He made 3 incredible saves that most goalies would have never dreamed of makin.
