as of right now, according to PV's strength coach, they have finished interviews but haven't named a head coach yet. the names i've heard that have applied for the job are bobby wyatt, randy sparks, and a couple of assistants on last year's team.
justice is a great hire. been with the program the last two years and has also had success playin at wvu, and coachin also at wvu and florida state.
as far as the QB, grossi, he is staying here at CU.
unfortuantly you cant fire a coach if the performance of your team is not that great because of some teachers union crap. as a princeton grad and going through that football program for 4 years, there definitely needs to be in change of leadership. the whole program is a cancer right now that will only worsen and worsen
it was great to see princeton finally win a game tonight..............but hopefully #12 for graham will be ok! he was hit hard tonight on a rollout and badly hurt and taken out on a stretcher. thought and prayers go out to him.
i talked to coach gravier about a month ago and he told me was that they would start practicing football next year and try and get a few JV games in then start playing real ball in 2012
unless we get some DRAMATIC improvements to the offensive line, bluefield will do whatever they want to do to princeton. corey quick, our QB was running for dear life as soon as the ball was snapped last night. bluefield by at least 2 TDs
i heard from one of the assistants at princeton was that he was hurt and would be ready to go for the first game against spring valley, but i drove by the high school today and he was practicin with the soccer team. its really hard to tell. somethin just aint right
if anyone was at this scrimmage, could i get some details of what it looked like out there today? ive only heard bad things about princeton's performance
princeton is very deep at the skill positions but well have to put a whole new offensive line on the field and the defense will be very young. starting qb should be corey quick. dalton chiristan and tre hopkins should have very good season this year at the running back position. if they can get the line and defense workin, princeton could have a good season.
big creek had some great football through the years..i have always admired programs that stood for good hard nosed football....the owls had some great moments in their history!
