I have been hearing Grundy may be back on the blues secdule.

Vhslhelper do you know if there will be anymore tweaks to any of the districts or is this set and is how it will be?

From what I understand they will be placed in the district with Tazewell , Richlands , Lebanon, Abingdon, and Marion.

The vhsl r and r committe met today and approved region d new district plan for next year. Marion lost their appeal to move to the hogo again. New region d plan. Black Diamond/ Council, Grundy, Haysi, Hurley, Honaker, Twin valley Cumberland/ Castlewood, Clintwood, Eastside, Ji Burton, T Walker, Rye Cove, Twin springs New district 1/ Abingdon, Lebanon, Marion, Tazewell, Richlands New district 2/ Gate City, John Battle, Lee, Union, Va high, Central-Wise

Has anyone ever checked to see how many years ago the epa regs were voted in by congress and what years they were take effect.

I agree Richlands seems to have a hard time defending the wing tee type of offence.

Richlands enrollment has not been over 800 since 2004 atleast thats whats listed on the vhsl refrence.

You do know that their is a new preposal that will be voted on by the r and r commite this month that has richlands, abingdon, tazewell , marion, and lebanon in one distric and the rest of the clinch in another. Its on the vhsl web site I beleave under the appeals that the committe will vote on at their next meeting. Also marion is asking to be placed in the hogo again. If they are placed in the hogo then john battle will move over to take their place.

If things keep going the way they seem to be lebanon will be playing the blues next year in every sport they will be in the same district. That is if the new region d plan is approved.

I agree he played a very good game tonight I would give him a b+ got to learn to tuck the football when running but he will learn with time.

I maybe wrong but would it have anything to do with the 40 quarter rule since he had played 2 games that would leave him with 8 left in the regular season.

I wasnt surprised, but what I thought was funny is how Region D didnt wont Richlands, Tazewell, and Marion but was all right with take in Abingdon.

The races are the weekend of the 24 should be no race traffic for the jam.

Does this mean that there will still be a lonesome pine district next year?

I like the track both ways, I would like to see the banking put back into the track. If they put it back or not one other thing that needs worked on is the tires. The tires last to long they need to soften them up so that they wear. 120 lap tires should never beat new tires but it did sunday.

I will be their Sat, and Sun. As for it being boring I was at both of the races their last year and I thought that both were good races, I then watched the replay of the fall race on TV and couldn not beleave it was the same race I had been at. The Tv people miss alot of things that happen on the track.

I would like to see it later in the year to, maybe around the 6th or 7th game.

Same here, I think this will be a good thing for all. I have been looking for this change to happen for the last few years.
