Bluefield_Rules 46 Author Report Share Posted March 11, 2005 I don't think Braxton will be a pushover and if Bluefield isn't ready to play their stay in Charleston will be very short. On the other hand, if Bluefield comes to play next week then a state title is very realistic. Every single player must give it their all on BOTH ends of the floor every possession. Trust me, I know plenty about Westside b/c there are a ton of WS fans on the other basketball board I run. However, I don't fear a possible match-up with them. It's a match-up that I really want and it would be a great challenge for the Beavers. And nothing would be sweeter than shutting down Wyoming County basketball for the year. Sources 10 Report Share Posted March 11, 2005 Why all of the doubt in Bluefield all of a sudden? You've supported them all year, why quit now? While this team is probably the weakest I've seen in many, many years, they do have the talent to beat anyone in Charleston if they play to their potential. They seem to have a solid team, but are mainly led by a single player in a kid named Andrew Tanner. He's the cog that makes their machine run. Beaver_7 10 Report Share Posted March 11, 2005 bluefield rules has been doin his homework...lol  our team is ready to play anyone that stands in front of us, right now we are focused on braxton, not weir logan westside winfield ne of them, if we r succesful with braxton then we will worry bout the next opponent who ever it may be westside or berkley, doesnt make a difference to our team, just need all the fan support we can get and i think we will do fine  tom you goin to make it in next week for the tournament? They also swept Logan. Westside is a very good team, but they aren't unbeatable. One of their losses came to a 6-18 Tug Valley team...
