Blue_Crue 49 Report Share Posted October 25, 2007 I remember Sam Blevins was head coach, he just quit as boys basketball coach at Abingdon. Then Jimmy King the baseball coach that won the 2 state championships was the head coach for two years he went 5-5 and his second year went 9-3 and lost to Giles for the Region. After him they had something like 3 coaches in 6 years and then this guy came. They guy that was there before this guy is the head basketball coach there now. They've had pretty much a revolving door from what I can recall.

Blue_Crue 49 Report Share Posted October 25, 2007 Yeah Jimmy King did play at Tazewell for Colobro I believe. I think his last year 98 was their last year for a winning season.

falconfansrock 11 Report Share Posted October 27, 2007 I can't tell you their record since 90, but since about 94 they have lost to Abingdon every year. This is something I aggravate my cousin about.
