GrundyWinsAll 10 Report Share Posted February 12, 2008 C'burg wasn't invited back. This was due to the Ex- Byrd Coach Ronnie Long. He took a stand against the transfering of wrestlers into C'burg. This was after the season that 12 of the 14 wrestlers were transfers. Right or Wrong Coach Long said I do not have to schedule them. In turn, C'burg started their own tournament, called the Big Blue. They have some of the teams that used to go to the Big Orange. A few years ago it was a hot topic. The Roanoke times did a story on it.
