MavsRock 21 Report Share Posted March 13, 2008 A while back there were alot of rumors that Simon wouldn't be the coach at Bluefiled after 2007. Haven't heard anything on that in a while. Is he planning on coaching the Beavers this year?

The last one had Coach Simon coming to Concord and Whitt coming to Bluefield. rabidbeaver 90 Report Share Posted May 4, 2008 The Head to Head matchup is tied at 4-4 but Parkersburg has won the most games in WV history and (correct me if I'am worng) and Bluefield is second, and Parkersburg has 11 state football titles compared to Bluefields 9 state football titles....so it looks like Parkersburg holds the edge, plus all of Parkersburgs titles were in AAA whereas Bluefield only has 6 AAA state titles....so with all of that said and done I'am still proud of my "BEAVERS"! floridabeaver 10 Report Share Posted May 4, 2008 Parkersburg has 9 state titles all in AAA and is ranked 8th nationally all time for high school football wins. While I am an avid Beaver fan and think they are one of the premier football schools in WV, you have to know when to admit that they are better all time then we are.
