fieldgeneral 10 Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 Yeah, but Dejuan Blair doesn't have much in his way but a couple big Freshman. I think Pitt strolls through them easily.
Guest BEAVERTAIL Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 Interesting stat, Pitt has never beaten a team higher than a 6 seed.
rabidbeaver 90 Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 Just another reason for me to hate PITT!...GO BUCS, make this former player proud!!!
fieldgeneral 10 Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 I hate PITT, but I prefer the champ be from the BE. If Lou is playing to their potential, I'm guessing they win.

Beamerball 566 Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 Yeah, but Dejuan Blair doesn't have much in his way but a couple big Freshman. I think Pitt strolls through them easily. Coy hasn't been playing much, its been mainly Hamlin. Hubbard's back in the lineup now too, been a big part of the run in the conference tourney. Guest BEAVERTAIL Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 I give ETSU the best chance out of anyone to win of the 16th seed.
GetMoney55 11 Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 I was very unsure about putting Pitt in my final four. I found every game presenting a problem for them in the tournament...whether it be history or the matchup itself. Pitt is a great basketball team, don't get me wrong, I just can't seem to place my finger on them to do incredibly well in the tourney. Whatever...I have them losing in the final four to my eventual champion, Oklahoma.
hokie07 11 Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 I personally give no #16 seed a chance to upset a #1 seed. In fact, I'll spot 20+ points to all #16 seeds.
Guest BEAVERTAIL Report Share Posted March 18, 2009 I just have a strange feeling about this year, perfect storm kind of thing. But that might be Concord's cafeteria.

Beamerball 566 Report Share Posted March 20, 2009 (edited) Bucs playing pretty well and hanging in there, not shooting well though...down by 3 at the half. Edited March 20, 2009 by Beamerball
Deleted Account 5,203 Report Share Posted March 20, 2009 They really did themselves proud today. ETSU truly belonged on that court. Can't say the same about Radford and Chattanooga
Hacker 82 Report Share Posted March 20, 2009 ETSU gave Pitt a better game than a lot of teams. Nice showing Bucs

Hoffmaster 10 Report Share Posted March 21, 2009 Extremely proud of the BUCs. They were snubbed with the 16 seed and proved to the country the committee was wrong. They deserved a 13 or 14 seed.
