4th – We are not a party town, a historic town. Every school has their issues with kids partying – Richlands is a good example. (We are not the only ones!!)

BTW, Martha Washington was born in New Kent County. Not Abingdon.

Sorry to pile on, but that kind of historical inaccuracy is hard to tolerate.

Yeah but she learned how to cook in abingdon.....lol

The field was wet last week because of and i know this is going to be hard for you to understand but RAIN you know that stuff that falls out of the sky and makes everything wet or do you all not have that in abingdon. Richlands threw that ball all over you last week so it must not have been that big of a deal.

let's move on-we lost the game. we are worried about tazewell at this point. it seems like you guys have had a couple of games like that-what about gate city? powell valley? if not for that late flag against pv you guys would be 2-2, i will throw these things out there for everyone to look at when you make these kinds of statements. nothing personal just the facts

We don't cry about it we know what we got each and every year. Richlands has come to not clicking until about the 3rd or 4th game. If we are not that great or having a down year why couldn't Abingdon beat us instead of taking a stomping. We know we got a really young team and they are growing. Pretty nice to be kind of a rebuilding year and still producing wins. This is what a good coach, dedication and great football program will do for you. This should continue to be a good season and look forward to another great season next year with the same team on the field except a very few. We beat Abingdon every year even on our downest years so that speaks for itself.
