1inStripes 933 Report Share Posted November 1, 2011 Pennington's Steve Marsee - 2,459.....before the 3pt. line came into play, and from what I understand most of shots came from beyond it. My father played against him and still says he is the best pure basketball player he has ever seen in person. What could have been if he had some discipline when he was in school. EH31 2,533 Report Share Posted November 4, 2011 Mark little at pocahontas averaged over 34 ppg his senior season in 06. If he could have played all 4 full years he probably would have been pushing 2300 or more
sportsfan 21 Report Share Posted November 4, 2011 Marc Quesenberry was pretty good back in late 70's. I think he was Group AA leading scorer in 78 or 79 and went on to play at East Tennessee State. He played at Galax. I remember him scoring close to 50+ points and was pulled out with 4-5 minutes left in the game.
