oldfalcon56 23 Report Share Posted September 28, 2015 AHS has looked good in its first three games and pulled out a close one against Blacksburg. I haven't seen Graham play but looks like they have been playing very well this year. What's the thoughts for this game?

SWVAFB 218 Report Share Posted September 28, 2015 Abingdon had better not take Graham lightly, if so it will be a sad night for the Falcons. Nothing would make Graham's season more than beating the Falcon's. Falcon's by 10.
falconfan1 125 Report Share Posted September 28, 2015 I don't think that we will take them lightly at all. Coach Reed keeps them level headed. (imo)
Bigrhsfan 884 Report Share Posted September 28, 2015 Graham has some good athletes but not enough to stop the Falcons big time passing attack ! Abingdon is just too good this year and Graham will have a hard time covering the Falcon receivers. Their best chance to win this game is to put the Abingdon QB on his back and I just don't think that will happen, at least not enough. The Falcons QB is too good at finding his receivers and then putting the ball on target. 45 to 17 Falcons
GMan 3,569 Report Share Posted September 28, 2015 I have to chuckle about Graham playing at Abingdon this Friday night. I hope no one tells Graham's radio crew! LOL At the end of the Giles game, they were talking about heading to Narrows this Friday for Graham's first MED game of the season. Graham doesn't play at Narrows until November 6th... GMan 3,569 Report Share Posted September 28, 2015 Oh, and BTW... Abingdon wins this one pretty handily...
frito gonzales 103 Report Share Posted September 28, 2015 Abingdon wins easily. Graham has no line pay on either side of the ball and can't defend the pass at all. If Abingdon can keep 17 from running wild they win by at least 3 td's
LegendatLegion 109 Report Share Posted September 30, 2015 I agree with most Abingdon is too good for the G-men. They have good size at the skill positions and the QB is good. I wasn't impressed by the D too much, but after seeing the GC offense all season, they may not be too bad. The Falcons biggest problem will come playoff time with the likes of Brookville standing in the way.

thundercloud 179 Report Share Posted October 4, 2015 Alright G-Men, what was Abingdon up to, sounded like they went almost all run. Maybe working on a mix? Wet and windy? Blacksburg canceled out the pass game, figured out they needed to run more?
futbolking 766 Report Share Posted October 4, 2015 It was working..poor tackling... They are in position most of the time, but the tackling is not good. frito gonzales and Deleted Account
