Was Tazewell or Richlands there? I know Graham wasn’t. If so, do you know how they did?

They did get a transfer in from LB & one from Mount View transferred in last year but couldn’t play in spring because he played in fall in WV. Both should be good contributors from what I’ve heard.

I’d say Brody Meadows would be one of the favorites for Player of the Year. Graham has a tough schedule which should serve them well in playoffs. I think the biggest question mark is QB. Hopefully, it all works out & your prediction is correct. Biggest surprise team, no clue.

Bradshaw did sit out a game in football. It was the playoff game against Union.

I don’t think Bradshaw actually played a soccer game and he didn’t have to. He practiced & didn’t like it is my understanding. He sat out the football game; when Graham played Union in the playoffs.

Graham played at Honaker tonight but had a lot out. Someone else may know scores & who they played.

All I can say is go GMen! It cannot get here soon enough! We need football as usual! Heck, everything as usual!

Does Tech football even give any players from SWVA serious consideration anymore? If so, not many. That's one of my pet peeves with Bluefield College as well, recruiting local talent or lack of making recruiting local talent a priority.

Did Richlands have a lot out on vacation? With all Tazewell lost, even though it's the first 7 on 7, I would have expected a more lopsided score. Was Webb playing?

To my knowledge, Graham hasn’t scheduled any yet. Edit: July 16th, might add more.

Unfortunately, some commonwealths say Virginia for example have become liberal states…well, more highly populated areas have forced liberalism on the rest of us.

I haven’t heard of any 7 on 7s but the one mentioned above at Honaker. Where are some of the ones taking place & who’s going? I know In the past Richlands has hosted one.

Kudos to him, I thought he was getting out of coaching and hadn’t applied but good for the Blues that he’s taking the helm. Stand up guy!

Believe they are settling for coach already on staff.

Frank Taylor also applied I believe.

I heard they were trying to recruit candidates asking them if they would want it. Apparently, someone doesn’t want any of the coaches currently on staff to be head coach. Too bad coach from Eastside didn’t accept the position. That would have been a good fit for them IMO.

I think they’d have to sweeten it several thousand dollars for it to be worth Rhodes coming compared to what he makes presently.

Heard he turned it down

Heard job was offered to guy from Eastside but he reconsidered and turned it down not sure if anyone can substantiate that.

Not their current QB, he’s capable but not a Lester or Allen by any means.

By the looks of some other schedules though, looks to be some padding going to be taking place 😂. Kudos to Tony for upping the GMen schedule whole others choose to play down.
