With three players out for Radford, Blues chances are more likely than not, winning. With that said, prayers for the Radford players.

The Twitter account has been deleted. The coach has issued a statement & the principal got on the PA this morning about being disrespectful and fighting on social media. I’m hoping for a fair clean game on both sides with no injuries. I’d hate to see Graham players or Princeton players getting drawn into the social media drama. Do your talking on the field, boys! Edited: This afternoon Princeton Senior High School issued a statement as well.

Did the same player who caused Harris's injuries also cause the Bluefield player's injury? If this was already answered, I apologize.

Hopefully defense will be back stronger. Justice was out & several I think were playing banged up. Not excuses but could have had an affect against a team as solid as Union.

I cannot see this one being particularly close. VA High may stay in it for awhile but I think Chilhowie wins easily in the end.

Easier said than done but yes, great game plan.

I'm just hoping Princeton plays a clean game. I'd hate to see any injuries especially ones caused intentionally. I wasn't at the game but have spoken to neutral parties that were & they were in agreement with some Tazewell folks about dirty play on the part of some Princeton players. I'd like to see the film on the play that took out Harris boy. Prayers for him by the way.

He played for UVA-Wise for two seasons, not sure where he's at now or if he's playing at all.

I'll be interested to see his stats when they play Union. He's definitely a talent & if he gets 300 yards and multiple TDs on Union's defense then hats off definitely.

Coach Mance said the best team won so kudos to him. He didn't even mention officiating in the interview, kept it classy. Gave Bluefield credit for shutting down their running game. Sage Webb is a tremendous player for Blues but Bluefield just has several tremendous players. They had too much strength and speed for Blues. End of story.

I'm.hoping an extra week has helped GMen clean up their game and we see a more disciplined team and far less penalties; no TDs called back. I believe Graham.wins handily and hopefully gets out of game with. no injuries. Sounded like things got a little rough in Princeton/Tazewell game.

I left with a couple minutes left but there were already 2nd stringers in when I left. Guess I missed that last TD. Like I said. respectable showing by Blues. I'll be there on October 25th and I expect a great game between GMen & Blues. Good luck rest of the season !

We can agree to disagree. I say Bluefield smashed second half regardless if Richlands scores and has momentum going into the half. It was one bad call, otherwise, penalties were pretty much even it seemed to me. With a 52-31 score it's hard to blame.loss on one call IMO and no disrespect intended we just see it differently.

That was the one bad call I mentioned but it was nearly halftime maybe Richlands scored once more before half if not for that call. But Bluefield came back out at half and just smashed it. I'd say they got a very "stern" talk in that locker room. It was a great first half for Richlands. They just couldn't get it together second half. Bluefield is just really fast & strong even.with the couple injuries of key players. They've got some depth other teams don't have including Graham. I think Blues played a respectable game all things considered.

Hope he's okay. I just hate to see any player hurt. He is a talented young man. Tazewell has just had more than their fair share of injuries. Prayers for him.

No need to get so bent out of shape. I commend Mance for playing Bluefield. It was more of a comment about Phillips dropping Bluefield to pick up 1A school in basketball. I was only staying my.opinon that I would hope football wouldn't follow his lead. I honestly don't think Mance would do that. He likes tough competition. He understands that makes his team better. He's not out just to pad his win/loss record. That's why he's one of the top coaches in SWVA. Graham doesn't play any 1A teams in football to the best of my knowledge.

I was referring to the comment made by. Ryan about dropping Bluefield from their schedule. If that were to.happen replace with at least another 2A not a Hurley or Twin Valley. (No offense intended toward those two schools). Nobody said Richlands played a weak schedule. You took.comment out of context.

I saw one really bad call against Richlands right before half; otherwise they faired a lot better as far as officiating than Graham against Bluefield. Bluefield just has too much speed. I thought Richlands played a decent a game as they could to be honest. If Blues football drops Bluefield, I'd pick up another 2A not 1A like Blues Basketball did when they dropped Bluefield. Play up not down when possible in my opinion. (The last part was in reference to some wanting to drop Bluefield & is not about current strength of schedule, Richlands plays a tough schedule). Don't get your panties in a wad.

Bluefield got quite a few out tonight looks like a couple of key players on sideline. Richlands may have a shot.
