He’s the announcer for Tazewell Bulldog Radio Network. He does an outstanding job at it too. Us Tazewell County fans are like fighting brothers when we play but we support each other otherwise. 😉

I could be mistaken but I think Galax runs a bit of a different offense than other teams that Graham plays. Someone with more knowledge might can speak to that. But their O Line definitely bent ours but not enough to cost us scores. I still think they’re the best O Line we’ve faced and they have a workhorse. Reminds me of Zach Blevins, has several hanging on and drags them to get two or three more yards. I know that kid had to be getting tired.

Our special teams slightly improved over last week but they’re still on the struggle bus so to speak. I’m not sure why they’re lining up four on one side, six on the other. It’s not working out very well IMO. At this point if they can’t make significant improvements, I’d kick it as far as I could out of bounds & eat the five yard penalty, probably not a popular opinion but we’re not stopping the return very effectively and it could cost us in a tight game.

Tazewell did a decent job today. Defense did well & had some great stops. Creasy had some really timely passes & runs himself. I liked the variety on offense. It wasn’t a win but Tazewell should still be pleased with their overall performance in my opinion.

Maybe Union will find a passing game against TW. If not, as someone mentioned stack the box. Does TW have a passing game? I’m not lying, I truly don’t know much about them unless it’s something I’ve read here.

Good grief! Pretty sure the yard didn’t get mown last week. Go fire up that mower & cut the grass, boys! I can’t speak for other Graham fans. Bottom line, a win is a win and a loss is a loss. The margin of victory isn’t of much consequence to me. Good luck to Union & Gate City for the remainder of the season. FYI: One doesn’t always have to have the last word but I understand some of you can’t help it. Reminds me of my first marriage 😂😂😂.

Listening to Tazewell, pretty good showing against Riverheads. Some tough breaks swaying the game but impressed with some of their stops & some of the offensive plays too.

Kudos to Galax too! I think you played well. You’re one guy Tucker I think is his name, a workhorse. You’re O line is strong too! I’m no coach but I’d say the best line we’ve played.

That definitely explains running it then. I think some people just want to hate on Tarter, period. Personally, I’d walk away given all the negative energy some ex coaches are causing but I don’t think Tarter won’t abandon those boys like Wells.

Can the QB pass well?

It wasn't even subs. It was literally the JV not that it really matters. Graham also had two Bland players transfer. Don't really know much about them or their abilities or if they'll even see playing time but I saw Coach Hayes (Bland HC) there supporting them. I'm glad those boys got a taste of winning. Hopefully, GW only scores at will on the JV 😂😂😂😂. Actually, I hope it's a good competitive game.

I personally think Tarter is doing the best he can with what he's got. They're steadily improving & it's not a knock on the players, they're obviously working hard, it's just not a talent loaded team as in past years. I'm really not understanding all the hate directed at Tarter from some on this board.

I thought both these games were supposed to be blowouts. Guess RR is finding their footing a little bit.

Princeton is legit going to be a state contender in my opinion. @BandanaVTDavis4321 called it early on that the Tigers we’re going to be a force this year. I’m a believer after the hung with LB & nearly won.

Exactly, common sense! That’s smart on any coach’s part when a game is well in hand. Who really cares if the other team scores on your JV? Our defense held them to zero until subs. No one went home injured.

Graham looks to be using one of the starting D linemen very sparsely. I wonder if he’s nursing an injury or something. Or maybe they’re trying something different. Tucker is a bull for Galax.

I don't see Princeton being able to bring home the win tonight. I think they'll play LB tough but I'd guess LB by at least a couple TDs if not more. Granted I could be totally wrong and don't mind admitting when I am. If Princeton somehow pulls it off, it would be one heck of a win. I was wrong! Princeton nearly pulled it off. Congratulations to them on a well played game.

I cannot see RR pulling this one out. Maybe they can keep it close for a quarter but I think GW will be too much for them to handle all four quarters. I also want to say I have been wrong many times and it's just my opinion, others may disagree. Apparently, RR can hang with GW!
