They rushed 3 down linemen all inside the tackles, being blocked by 5 offensive lineman, so no rush on the QB at all. RV QB is too good to let him just sit back and throw darts at targets. In the end, you will have to beat at least two good teams to win the region, nobody should get a free ride, including the #1 seed. Seeding for a single team to advance is not as important as some make it out to be. If two teams were to advance, it would be more important so as not to have the two best teams meet in the semis. But with this group, there are at least two very good teams in each half of the bracket, and another in each side capable of pulling off a major upset.

Food for thought........Union and Central (and probably some other teams) have pulled their starters after the first half in their benefit game and first games of the season. How will this affect them moving forward? It helps to keep from getting starters injured, but there will soon come a game where they have to play the entire game, will they be prepared to play a full game?
