I don't know him personally and I don't know why he gets such a bad wrap(I'm not from the area and I'm younger so I don't hear a lot of the grown folk gossip lol) but I honestly feel bad for Tj and his son. Like the first couple times it was funny but now it's not even funny anymore. Been up double digits multiple times on GC this year and couldn't finish. As an athlete myself I know that's gotta hurt. Like I said I don't know him personally but as someone who understands competition I kind of feel bad for them.
It's the players I feel for. They play hard and are a good group

Lol what in the world are you even talking about? College recruiters see what they need...McClung had plenty of attitude to his game too and it has served him well. Ervin was pretty reserved and he’s having plenty of success. Playing with emotion can be called “being a crybaby” if you are an opposing fan. Playing calmly and with no emotion can be construed as “being lazy” if you are an opposing fan.
The mirror is your friend-if you can look at yourself and be ok with heckling a teenager who can’t defend himself, then more power to you.
You are talking about judging teenage athletes. How did what I was talking about fly over your head. Recruiters are judging teenage athletes. Guess who scores gymnastics and cheer leading competitions? Judges.
I wonder if you would like to have had people judge you as a teenager from a distance based on your actions in a competition and the sins of your father. I know I wouldn’t have.

And that's why you won't be putting any teams together, you can't see past your own hate, and be objective about talent. Assuming someone defending him is him is absurd. There are those of us mature adults that can look at a player objectively and judge them based on how they play.
He doesn't do anything to lift the talent around him. How is that for objectivity?
McAmis carried Wise in that Union game, Bunch for Union took Hayes out of the game, he only had 12 pts and wanted no part of driving against Bunch. If not for McAmis determination, they would have lost to Union. Idc about any of them to be honest, but to say McAmis is not one of the best players in the M7 is ridiculous. When you stop hating, maybe you can be objective.

If I was putting together a m7 team to actually play other teams. Mccamis would not be on that team.
McAmis Jr. is not even the best player on that team, he is not even all district in my opinion but he will beat out Elijah will not get his due because Jr is the coach's son
Everyone knew he was done. I even posted about it in an earlier thread. It's a shame with the talent this yrs team has he didn't let someone step in earlier. He's not the most respected person in the area. By parents or kids. I'm sure in the future he will have the gym, a section of bleachers or a parking area named after himself

Yeh it's funny hearing him talk "no pressure" or whatever when he has been gifted his career from his Daddy. Of course he doesn't have any pressure on him. Dad will take care of him. He has very few fans in Wise or Pound
Central down 67-54 about 5 mins left. Central tried to hype up the crowd with daddies boy possibly pealing off an elbow scab getting blood on his jersey then putting on a #24 Jersey. Did not work.
This should be a very intense game as always. Based on the write up in the BHC, centrals coach is probably more aware of GC’s winning streak then GC is. He mentioned it a couple of times and tried to play the no pressure on them game. In my opinion there may be more pressure on Central for the fact that they haven’t beaten GC yet and this is supposed to be their year in the M7. I do think home court will play a HUGE role in this game. Central seems to be playing better ball after the back to back losses to GC and Abingdon. GC has found another scoring threat in Hensley to take some pressure of Dean a little.
I noticed that he kept mentioning no pressure. I'm like this dude is already sweating.
Hype train derailed. Heard TJ is out after this yr since his dad got him an assistant principals job. Hopefully can get a good coach the kids and community like
Is TJ's mom or grandma or whoever that was in that incident a couple years ago still banned from the Prior? If so, I doubt you'll see the game get moved.
