It's my understanding, the move is in an attempt to not have a "worst case scenario." The weather report for the Twin County's for Friday night into early Saturday morning is sleet and freezing rain with a temperature between 30 and 32 degrees.
If sleet and freezing rain do occur and force the cancellation of the game Saturday, a Monday game would be a significant disadvantage for the winner having to face Chilhowie on a short week.
Yes, because we all know that the winner is going to need all the advantages that they can get for when they play Chilhowie. LOL. Don't forget Chilhowie still has to play and beat Patrick Henry First. But I do admire you're surety of Chilhowie.
The Rebels will return to Warrior Stadium Saturday at 1pm for a rematch. Only a few weeks ago Chilhowie won this matchup 46-23. Thoughts for this game?
They may, but 42 point on the ground against Burton's defense I just don't see it. Have you seen Burton play or just on paper?
I saw Burton play earlier in the season and their defense would be no match for PH. I know they’ve improved but so has everyone else. 42 is a lot I give you that, I say PH-33 Burton-31.
No, Dixon likes to play under the lights if at all possible. The good news is you guys will probably have the game wrapped up by the end of the 1st quarter, and you can make it in time to see us still slugging it out. Lol

Well I’m going with the PH on this one. Burtons defense will struggle to contain Brown, he is very elusive, has speed and strength. Thacker will pass the ball a lot and PH will have their hands full with that. Will be a good game no doubt. Holston gave Burton all they wanted during the first half today, with one of their starters benched. That final score is no indication of that mud bowl game. PH-33 Burton-31.

I'm not convinced Galax is the challenge everybody thinks it going to be. I've seen them play a couple of time this year and I just don't know, I hope I'm right.😀 But anyways, we have Eastside first, one game at a time.
