Talk to Harris just a bit ago, and he said he was still limping, and couldn’t run. I believe he’ll be back if not this coming Friday definitely next Friday.
I love it! One of the best hardest hitters that has ever played for Tazewell. The kid is phenomenal! He’s had a rough couple of years with his injuries but he’s back and hopefully he stays healthy. He’s a big part of Bulldog Football!
Linebacker Hunter Infante suffered a torn acl last week. Not sure who will take his spot against Graham, he.is a big strong kid that tackles well. Heard Cade Myers is practicing with the team. Im sure he would fill in nicely at linebacker. I doubt he could play this week, if true, he wouldnt have the required practices in yet. Injuries plagued the Bulldogs last season, hopefully no others will get hurt.
I hope Myers is back. He is one tough kid! I grew up with him. He’s a great kid all around
Ridgeview. He ran for 357 yards and 5 touchdowns last week. And he's being recruited to Penn St., UNC, UT, and countless other D1 schools. He's arguably the best player in SWVA.

And most of all, I’m just proud of my home team, them boys have put in some hard work and dedication to get to where they are. & I’m not dissing Richlands, I have nothing against Richlands. Especially coach Mance. Coach Mance is one of the most Respected/Best coaches in the state in my opinion. But I’m also an honest person when it comes to Winning/Losing. Rather it’s Tazewell, Richlands, honaker, anyone. I never let pride come before truth.
I don't have a sour attitude at all. I'm simply saying that Richlands and Tazewell don't play for 5 weeks. But Richlands does play Union THIS week and Tazewell plays Graham. Focus on those games, not ones that don't even happen this month.

I apologize for going off the deep end. I knew it was gonna piss someone off when I put it on here. I know that, I know that it isn’t til 5 weeks away, if I thought it was Friday I would have put “Whats everyone’s thought on Richlands/Tazewell Friday?” But I didn’t. However I do apologize for randomly going off for no apparent reason. Although I was just simply wondering what everyone’s early thoughts were. Sure it’s early, and some people is gonna make someone mad😂. But honest early thoughts. Mine? I think if there is any chances since 08” of Tazewell beating Richlands this year would be the year. Tazewell has the talent, big line, good QB. The only thing they lack is tackling. I’m sure they will improve on that before the Tazewell/Richlands game. All I’m hearing that Richlands has is Levi Forrest and Sage Webb. That’s honestly all I’m hearing. Good luck to both teams this season!
I agree. But on the contrary i seen a lot of Tazewell fans and others praising Tazewell for beating an even worse team in EM. And Va high i read will go 0-10. Will see what Tazewell really has Friday. I predicted Richlands to go 5-5 before the season. But this might be the year that Tazewell gets Richlands if they dont get things together.
To be honest, I don’t see tazewell winning Friday against the G-Men, I believe they’ll hold on better against them this year than last. & I’ve said it multiple times, and I’ll say it again, this is Tazewells best chance to beat Richlands since 08’. I believe the dawgs is gonna give the blues a run for their money this year. I think it’s gonna be a good game!
Because he believes it could be closer than some people think, he’s getting carried away? I don’t think it’s a conspiracy against Tazewell. I’m just trying to figure out everyone’s definition of certain terms used when Tazewell’s fan post. Because biggest part of the time on this message board for the past 14 years I’ve been here, if you’re not for Graham, Bluefield or Richlands on this site than your opinion is irrelevant!.
For my opinion on this Game, for Tazewell to win they got to put together another complete flawless game like last night!

Yeah, lord for bid you talk the least little bit of bad about poor ole Richlands especially. This whole entire message board hates Tazewell except the Tazewell fans of Tazewell. I guess since they’re doing good, everyone has to have an excuse. I understand that gate city may be something better, because last year was last year, this year is this year. But it is what it is. In my opinion, Richlands didn’t look as good as they usually are in the Benefit game against Grundy. & I talked to a guy from Richlands after they played gate city, and he’s a die hard blues fan, but he told me things wasn’t looking good for Richlands. Do I like Richlands? Hell no I don’t. I’m from tazewell, I’m a bulldog and that’s our rival of course I don’t like Richlands. But I do give credit where credit is due.
Where the credit is due:
1. Levi Forrest, best kicker in the state
2. Sage Webb, he’s an all around athlete
3. Coach Mance. He’s probably the top coach in the SWD. If not the state.
Your not gonna be the best every year. I know your kinda used to being good. But your gonna have your UPS and DOWNS. It’s football.
No one is carried away. It’s just people think we get carried away because we are proud of our home team and have hope and confidence just like they would for their team. Tazewell has came a long way!
I find it interesting that so many assume richlands is bad instead of seeing the possibility that gate city may be a lot better than anyone expected this year.
I see that too, but I went to the Grundy/Richlands benefit game, and wasn’t impressed. Yeah, they won, but it was sloppy and look who they played.
