One would think two hours should be the cut-off. A 1 1/2 hour drive is nothing more than Richlands to Marion. And it isn't that bad.

No prob. Glad to clear it up. This Friday will be exciting for sure. Gonna be checking the updates on here pretty often while at the RHS/THS game.

It carries no extra points to my knowledge, but it's the game that looks to be the hardest of the teams we have beat to get the win. The SWD teams are a wash. Graham should beat Narrows, Honaker should beat Haysi, etc... That is just the game that we NEED. Lol.

It can still happen. But we need some help. Gate City beating Clintwood would be huge. We should also be pulling for a few upsets over on Caves schedule. I'm still not 100% sold that Cave will beat Hidden Valley. Coming off a win like that one, there could be a bit of a hang over. And with it being a rivalry game, HV wants nothing more than to ruin Caves fun.

This whole "weak schedule" crap is getting really, really old. Even if we were to travel to the end of the world to play some of these great teams everyone talks about, what would we logically gain? Beating a Single A team is no better in the points than beating a AA team. Its just that simple. We have Gate City, Union, Honaker and Pulaski on the schedule. Gate City is a state championship contender, year in, year out. Union is a good team. They have slipped a little recently, but still a good team. Honaker is a playoff team. Pulaski may be 1-8, but I guarentee you if some of the other teams in this area were to play them, they'd have a bunch more wins. And don't even start on the whole "the Southwest District is like the Cumberland" crap. We can't change how good or bad our district teams are. We can just play to the greatest of our abilities against them. You think people at Cave Spring don't know who we are? I promise you they don't look at our name and say, "Oh, it's just Richlands. They play a weak schedule." We have been doubted in every season we've had for having a weak schedule. If you have a weak schedule, you should beat them handily. And aside the Union game, we have beaten everyone pretty handily. So just cut the schedule crap. It gets extremely old.

That's exactly what it's becoming. I think I'm one of the only people left that texts in complete sentences. It seems I'm the only one I know personally that does.

It has nothing to do with education. So leave that out of it. It has Everything to do with laziness. We as a whole, nationwide, are becoming so lazy that we can't type the word "because"? It now has to be cuz? Or h8. Or l8r....I can understand LMAO or IMO. Those are easier condensed, but at least everyone understands those.

If this board has taught me one thing, it's that people from this area really can't spell, use proper grammar, or use the correct puncuation.

I'm pretty sure everyone on here has been quite congratulatory of Graham. It was a huge win, no doubt. And well deserved after what that program has went through since the passing of Carlock. I don't know where you've seen or heard the negative criticism, but I haven't seen it on here.

I kind of liked the idea of the game being number 10. Imagine if both teams were good. Or maybe fighting for playoff seeds. The gate could be tremendus. I think that may be what they were hoping for.

I watched that game. If they had 20,000 I'd be shocked.

Farmers Daughter Cornmaze and Haunted House open for last weekend of season Friday and Saturday, Oct. 28th and 29th. Richlands has an open week, so come on out tomorrow and if you can't make it out tomorrow, come out Saturday night!!! We will try our best to scare the pants off ya. ;)

I'd bet we have one at all those games, tbh.
