Wow...Give Abingdon all teh credit in the world but we just flat gave this one away. We were up by 10 at one point and went into halftime down by 2. We scored 12 points in the whole second half. Thats pathetic. And Abingdon kept on getting off. rebound after off. rebound. We need alot of improvment if we are going to keep up with Twin Valley tomorrow night. 64-44 was the final.

West Virginia Yes, there are many rumors about the head coach position now vacated by Coach Rodriguez. And yes, my name is on the list as we have submitted it. Please be aware that this is done a LOT amongst coaches throughout the league - to test the waters, to test the reaction of other programs as well as our own and help myself gain experience and knowledge of the coaching recruiting process. Now, my name being submitted to the 'pool of applicants' does not mean very much right now. It's an inquiry. Remember, this is the time of year for these types of rumors - Programs and fans alike all call for changes to the 'top guy' when things don't go well or simply something needs to change. Richlands is coming in at 0-1 in district after losing to Marion. I talked to alot of the players yesterday and they said they felt as if they played horrible and one of the main problems was that 3 of our players fouled out. You cant have that and win. Im intrested to see this game. Should be a good one. Starts at 9 tonight at "The Gym". Come out and see a good game.

The only difference i can see between the two is depth. There are alot more teams in VA as opposed to WV. The best in WV are just as good as the best in VA. But VA just has more teams.

If VT would have beat BC and WVU would have beat Pitt we would be seeing #1 VT vs #2 WVU in the NC.
