I wouldn't sell Mance and staff short on the coming years.....taking nothing away from "the new kid" Abingdon....and for the record, I think A-town WILL BE a contender in the coming years....but Richlands has a great feeder program. Graham also, has a say in it all. They've got grit, a coach who doesn't panic... and considering their enrollment....they keep producing kids that want to and can play. Now, as far as the Giles position.....I don't think Coach Ragsdale has announced his retirement....he might be like Joe PA....and Buzz Lightyear to "infinity and beyond."

He is an excellent student....not just an athlete. Lance....thanks for your words. At times, I've thought "G" was a genius....at other times, I wanted his mamma to take him out behind the woodshed. Yeah, as you said, let's move on and if Blues' fans want to stay, return or forget this board..."G" has said they're welcome back...in his "off handed" way. In my opinion, I THINK, "G" would really miss all the Richlands folks if they left.....he has to get his daily dose of barbs in or he'll lose his edge. Fuller was a starter last year....but, has not been given the respect that he deserves by some "supporters" to make mistakes and grow in his role. I'm almost sure that ALL of these players have missed or "flubbed" some of their assignments....what do the "bleacher coaches" suggest then....bench them ALL. Have you thought about all the pressure you're also putting on Elswick IF he has a bad game....WHOA If this season is not successful.....I will (in my "expert" opinion, after all I can have one too) lay the blame, partially, in the lap of the "bleacher coaches" for not allowing these things to be handled by the "appointed coaches" instead of in public forums. These are decent kids....don't break their spirits by your "bleacher coaching."
