I reserved six yesterday through the speedway... You had to be a season ticket holder @ BMS.... Cost $40 each to reserve.... Lady told me that any premium seating will be offered off of date of reservation..... So the eariler you reserve the better seat you will get.... Just pass'n on what I was told. You also have to keep your BMS tickets up till the time of the game or you forfeit your reservation.... She also said there would be VIP experience and asked if I would be interested..... I do know you can get yours through the Tennessee fund if you donate to UT. If you do not. They will take a $50 donation and the price to reserve through them is $25 each. I am not sure on the amounts and if the donation will have to continue annually up until game time..... But it looks like BMS and UT will both milk every dime out of this game up until it happens. I seen some Mods on Volquest post tickets on the front and Back strech would likely be $140 a ticket..... That seems high to me. Really high... But that is what they said yesterday..... But I will be there..... Call me crazy but I want to see this one..... But I hate to see what I spend on this by the time it happens..... Me and buddy already talking about getting a old camper and painting Half UT and the other half VT..... I might try and use it during race weekends..... I know I have a problem..... But I don't hunt, Dont get to fish much, this is what I do..... UT football is about it..... GBO!!!!

WJHL said Tennessee would be the Home team. There is talk of the Vols going to Blacksburg the following year..... Which I would love to see as well. Never been to Lane and I would love to watch that one as well. Just great news..... We just needed to get rid of that Stupid AD we had. New bunch seems to understand what the fan base is wanting. It has nothing to do with UT....... at all. Like I said earlier. The game on the 5th should count for something. LSU beat Bama on their home field. I hope you at least agree with that...... So how is Bama beating LSU at a neutral site more impressive than that. What makes them deserve the title over LSU. Did they beat Oregon? Did they beat WV at WV? I know they beat PSU. But even if Bama won LSU has a argument they should still should be national champs. The only way Bama can claim it after winning it is saying the game on the 5th was meaningless and that is the whole argument the system you keep talking about uses to justify itself. The games mean something. It is BS just leave the C out. It is past time for a playoff. There is no way under this system Bama should be playing LSU again. Not if there are other one loss conference champions. That has nothing at all to do with UT....

I think they are too..... But for me the game on the 5th should count for something. If you don't at least win your divsion I just have a problem with jumping other conference champions with the same records. I think whatever happens over the next few weeks one of them is going to walk away with the National championship. But from just a college football fan without a dog in it. I just don't want to see that game again.

The system sucks...... I think that is clear to everybody. Honestly for me being a vol fan. It would make it easier for us to get back not changing it. Because the SEC is so respected nationally basically all that has to happen is win the conference and you play for it. But it isn't fair to everyone. Champions should be decided on the field. Not by sportswriters, coaches, and computers. Then there would be no agruments.

You didn't answer..... How are they more deserving than a one loss ACC champion or a one loss Big 12 champion? If Arkansas wins. It all changes. But if not. I don't see it....

Like I said I agree there probably isn't a better one loss team than Bama. But the fact is overtime or not LSU won the game. AT BAMA. I just feel like they had their chance. They had their chance at home. Just because we say Bama is the one of the two best teams doesn't make it so. What happens on the field should matter. Tech if they win out has an argument. Ok. St if they win out has an argument. Plus they would also have something that Bama doesn't and that is a championship. A division championship and a conference championship. I know there is alot of football left and I don't believe Ok. St and Tech will both be there but one could and IMO they would deserve a shot. Bama had theirs. They would have the hardware to go along with it. Bama wouldn't. Time for a playoff. I hope anyway.....

The truth is if Bama doesn't even win their division. How do they deserve anything? They had their chance. I do think they are one of the two best teams in the country. But there are alot of years when the best teams don't win it. Bama doesn't have anyone to blame but Bama. How is Bama more deserving than a one loss ACC champion? This has nothing to do with my disdain for Alabama.... Tennessee is way down. We have miles to go. My feelings have nothing to do with that. I admitted Bama and LSU are by far the two best teams IMO. Even though I do hate Bama I respect the hell out of Bama and honestly I don't really like LSU at all. I can't stand TM and all the talking you see from their players on the field. There is no reason for it. The talent they have speaks loud enough. You don't see that from Bama. But the fact is LSU beat Bama on their home field. The BCSNC will not be a home game at all for LSU. Bama will get just as many tickets as LSU. I know LSU still has to beat Arkansas. They may also have to beat UGA. I am not sure how it will play out. But if LSU does win both of those. I can't see any way you could give the "Championship" to Bama even if they did win in the Championship game. LSU's resume is just better and the win at Bama to me is alot more impressive than Bama beating them after not even having to play in the Conference title game at a Neutral site. It is just my opinion and I think it is a lot of peoples nationally. I am sure Bama fans don't feel that way. I understand it. But the way it is shaping up I don't see how you give the national championship to someone who didn't even win their division and was beaten at home by the team they would be playing. I agree there is no easy choice whatever happens and Bama does have as good an argument as anyone. But it really all comes down to the BCS is a joke. There is no excuse out there for not having a playoff. It happens in every other NCAA sport. I hope this year changes something. It just could. The truth is IMO you would probably end up with LSU vs. Bama anyway. But it should be decided on the field. The argument now is every game counts. But if this happens it would be pretty clear the game on Nov. 5th , The biggest game of the year in college football, didn't really mean anything. So either the games mean something in the regular season or they don't. The BCS proponents need to decide.....

While I do agree with you Bama is clearly the second best team. They had their shot. They had their shot at Home. If I had a vote even if Bama beat LSU at a neutral site in the so called "Championship game". I would still vote for LSU because what they did at Bama would be more impressive. Then you have to throw in a win over a 10-2 (more than likely) UGA team. I mean how would Bama be more deserving than LSU? They had their shot. I don't want to see a rematch. I don't think most of the country wants to see a rematch.

I look for us to back out of going to Oregon. I think the conference expansion is going to kill most of the big OOC games we are used to seeing. I also don't think Dooley really likes them either. At least the way Fulmer did. If this expansion stuff doesn't end up in a playoff I really think it is going to hurt college football as a whole. I am starting to really not be in favor of it without the playoff. I would have rather have played OSU than Missouri. I just don't see where it benefits the fans much at the end of the day.

BCS sucks..... It is past time for a playoff. I will say there is little doubt LSU and Bama are the two best teams in the country. But I really don't want to see that game again. LSU already beat Bama on their home field. Would Bama win at a neutral site be more impressive than that? Also Bama win not play in a conference championship game. They just doesn't seem right. Them not even winning their own division and getting a shot for a national championship doesn't really make much sense. LSU already betting them really should eliminate them at least for LSU. I would rather see Tech get a shot. But I really don't think they are as talented as the other teams they are competing with like Oklahoma St, Arkansas, Oregon, Stanford, or Bama. Plus you throw in the pitiful OOC schedule they played and how weak the ACC looks, at least from an SEC fans perspective, and I just don't see how it happens. Tech needed Clemson to be undefeated. If Oklahoma St can win out I think they get in. Maybe I am wrong. But I don't think people want to see LSU vs. Bama again. But unless they can I can't see Tech jumping Bama unless they lose to Auburn and Oklahoma beats Ok. St. I don't think a win over Clemson is going to impress people enough to get them in. JMO.....

This is insane.... All this travel in the first round. Football should be played on Friday nights. Saturdays are for college ball. I can see the championships on a Saturday but the others should be on Fridays IMO....

You wouldn't trade your Wide outs for LSU's? I am not saying Bama isn't as good overall. But LSU has the edge at WR. I do think Bama's D is better. But LSU has more talent at the skill spots. IMO.....

They are the two best teams in the country. I think LSU is more talented though. They have a ton of weapons on offense. Their WR's are all very good. Then you add Ware and Blue. Now they have Hillard coming on. They also can really play two styles with Lee and Jefferson. I do think Bama has an edge at QB vs either of those but when you can change it up like they do it makes it hard to defend. I also think LSU is going to sell out stopping the run. McCarron is going to have to beat them. They are loaded in he secondary. If he can hit a few passes Bama could open them up just enough to run it right at them. It should be a great game. Bama has some big advantages as well. I think having home field is huge. Also I think Bama has a coaching advantage which I think will be just as big in a game like this. I think Miles may take a few risks that you just can't take in a game like this. I think it comes down to turnovers, penalty’s, and special teams. Also negative plays on offense will play a big role. The reason I say that is I think field position will turn out to be very important because I think Saban will steal a FG or two somewhere. With all that. I think Bama wins. But I have to say I am pulling for LSU. I am a UT fan...... looking forward to it.

What was the difference this week compared to Clemson? Almost seems like a different player. Was it the gameplan or was it just an off day against Clemson? I know Clemson is good but you just wouldn't think the offense would see that big a turn around in one week. What did Wison do?
