You may want to try eating a snack about an hour before your workout. It should help with the Nausea. As far as a diet goes portion size is the most important part. The fad diets are not healthy. And of course drink lots of water. Do not let yourself get dehydrated. Thanks for posting your workouts. I've been thinking about trying P90X vs joining a gym. Reading your posts is encouraging. I think you are right mistakes will decide the outcome of LSU/BAMA. I think I have spent enough time and money at VT to call them our/my team. I may not have time to keep up with everything going on with the team but I have seen enough to know we do not have a great O and the D needs a little time to grow up.

I would love to see VT win the ACC but I don't think it will happen this year. With BS calling plays our O is BS and our D is just to young. If VT meets Clemson in Charlotte I will be there to cheer them on but I don't see us winning it. Everyone thinks no one has a chance at LSU or BAMA but I would like to see the ACC get their chance. It would go a long ways for the conference if the ACC could pull off the BCS title. Not saying it would/could happen but it would be awesome.

BAMA defense enough said. BAMA 24 LSU 10. Side note I hope Clemson gets their chance at the winner.

I hope both the tigers and the blues go far this year. I would be happy to see any Swva team win it all. For some to say the refs do not take sides and make favorable calls for one team Or the other your crazy! Ask Hurley b-ball team. They are the latest Swva team to be cheated by the east! We need not argue with each other we should argue for Swva teams.

Sparks is a Hall Of fame coach. Will should get not only a great education but have a good chance of playing.

He did get an offer from Wyoming but it's just to far away. He got a couple of other offers not mentioned. 1. A preferred walk on to WVU (pays for about half of his costs to attend there) 2. Tusculum- offered to pay for about half as well. I think He will be happy at CN and it should give him a chance to get playing time as well as a good education.

Did you not see the refs stand there and talk about giving the ball to POQ after the onside kick. They wanted to give the ball to POQ but they would have had a tough time answering questions about that call. The refs controled field position all day and did cheat the Blues. Think about a couple of PI calls that ended in POQ scores. If you look at them on film there is no question what was going on. If you want to see the film call POQ!! I'm sure they will not share that one with you. Guess why!!

I did report it and they would not listen. What do you do? I would love to find a way to prevent any teams being cheated. If the refs cheated when the Blues played ghs you should have made a point to say something. If you do not say anything then there is no chance it will be fixed. There is nothing to do about the past. I'm taliking about future games. And I'm not talking about when one or two calls are questionable against your team. I'm talking about when the refs control the game. And yes they can control a game. First and 31 etc.. It's easy for a ref to control field position. For those who say the coach and team should overcome all the calls. Your full of S***! Anyone who knows football knows there is just so much you can overcome!

I am sorry to say your wrong. I had three refs tell me they made bad calls on purpose because they did not like a team. So to think refs would not try to control a game to help decide a outcome is crazy. It may be hard to believe but it is true. So next time your team is playing a big game and everytime you start to show a little life and it looks like to refs are making bad calls on purpose. They may be. I'm not saying one or two questionable calls I'm saying when there is about eight to ten. And when some of those are in the open where everyone can see what happened you know you have been screwed. I wished I could post a tape showing those calls so everyone could see what I'm talking about. Of course maybe I'm wrong and you guy's would see the tape and correct me. I don't think so but anything is possible. And I am not taking anything from POQ team. They came to play and did a great job. Their D-fense tackles better than any high school team I've seen in a long time. I do not know what the outcome would have been without all the bad calls but I would have loved a chance to see that game. It is a shame that it happened and it takes away from what should have been a special day for both teams. As far as the protest etc. There should be an investigation into that crew. I would hope that crew would not be allowed to ref again. This should not happen to any school!!!

Son what you did was stupid. You are lucky some idiot did not hurt you. That would had been awful. But you would have brought it on yourself. What you did had no class. I understand wanting to fire up your fans but you should have did it on your own side. I know you said you did what you wanted and I guess your meaning free country etc. but I know RHS fans and I've watched them do a lot of bad things to nice people that did not deserve it. You got lucky one of those guy's did not get to you. Understand I'm saying I would have hated a high school football game of all things cause people to get hurt and end up in jail.
