deuceswild 15 Report Share Posted October 7, 2012 I can't deny. That game will be an automatic win for you. We look like a team that has no soul. Maybe if we joined forces, we could knock off ODU for the Commonwealth Cup.

Deleted Account 5,203 Report Share Posted October 7, 2012 VT is gonna get beat by Duke next week. 38-24 Duke. That's my prediction. Perhaps the opposite. 38-24 VT. Duke is down 7 starters on defense. Only horrible teams fail to score more than 30 points over teams like that. Then again, this is Duke's biggest game in almost 2 decades. BHS03 99 Report Share Posted October 7, 2012 That is Virginia Tech's 2008 recruiting class. If not redshirted then all of those players would already be gone anyways.
BHS03 99 Report Share Posted October 7, 2012 If I looked at it right 9 players are gone from the 2009 class, two of which left early for the NFL. That comes out to almost 41% of the 09 recruiting class that is no longer on the team. WVU no longer has 46% of it's 2009 recruiting class. Most should have red shirted and should be playing their r-senior year right now. The staff had a bad class which forced the early play of guys who aren't ready. My school's probably higher than that, especially as 2009 was the end of the Groh tenure.

Deleted Account 5,203 Report Share Posted October 9, 2012 Spoiler Alert: That wasn't really Hitler, its from a movie. As if I didn't know that? That crap's been around for years. It's beyond classless to try to make light conversation or humor about Adolf Hitler, fictional or not. If you disagree, start cracking some Cho Seung-Hui jokes, and see where that gets you. I cannot imagine any context where making jokes about a mass murderer is funny. Especially when we're taking 6 million people, most of which in one religious faith. Deleted Account 5,203 Report Share Posted October 9, 2012 I beg to differ. Inglorious Bastards was great. The movie was all sorts of mediocre, particularly if you know the true story upon which it was based. Making jokes concerning a fictitious Adolf Hitler...never appropriate. SteveEurkel 11 Author Report Share Posted October 9, 2012 Honestly I believe that Beamer has brought the program to where it is and without him we would just be another smack around team. With that being said I firmly believe that changes need to happen that won't happen under Beamer. Why not go after a Gene Chizik from Auburn or Derek Dooley from Tennesee, both are great coaches in big time confrences that are both on the hot seat http://www.coacheshotseat.com/ . We need a new HC, and a new OC someone who can bring this team to the future over this losing moutain that were on and can recruit big time names

It wasn't Quinton Tarantino's best work but it was still a fun watch. Making jokes at the expense of Hitler is totally appropriate. He was a maniacal idiot who deserves an eternity of mockery and shame. Jokes about the Holocaust? That's a different thing bro.

Auburn is just about ready to tar and feather him and run him out of town on a rail...they just lost to Arkansas, who was the worst team in the SEC until they beat Auburn. Besides, his current buyout is $10million and the AU fans are NOT happy about that. Fortunately for them, it drops to $7.5 million at the end of this year. The only reason they won a National Championship with Chizik is because they went out and bought the best QB/athlete since Mike Vick. Dooley? Meh. He hasn't really done much at UT. What makes you think he would do anything at VT.
