 I didn't get to see that one, so thank you for the YouTube upload.  As a spectator and somewhat neutral, I would like to relive Honaker vs Clintwood (Miller and Hamilton 99 or 2000?), 2012 Honaker vs Sussex, and Gate City vs GW 200.  I also enjoyed Grundy vs Salem in a monsoon at Tazewell, but can't remember if it was that great or the gut-check conditions. Those are probably my non-Richlands favorites.

Was one for the ages. In 1997, I remember PV vs. Appalachia. I was only 9 but I remember the hype of the game. 

1997 had some clashes of titans.

I remember listening on the radio in Gate City. By mid way through the 4th qtr, I knew I had cheated myself and had missed out on a game people would talk about for many years.

As for Grundy vs Salem. I was there. Grundy outplayed Salem in my opinion. Credit Salem for making plays late and then winning a state title.  By watching as a neutral fan, I just remember Grundy getting the best of them, but killing themselves with turnovers.

I was on that 97 team.  Great game between two great teams, heartbreaking loss though.
