We know 156 are from 13 first-place votes, leaving 57 points from the other seven voters. -Scenario #1-All seven voted for Radford with an average rank of 4.9 -Scenario #2-Only six voted for Radford with an average rank of 3.5 Compare these results to the previous week when the Bobcats finished first.
