The ball did not skip on the 2 point conversion it was a clean catch. Several photos show that RR two point conversion run in the third was no good even though it was counted good. Go check swvaphotography instagram. Nevertheless it was a good game. Best of luck to RR in the playoffs.

PH is a very solid football team. George Wythe better not underestimate them. They are well coached and play hard. George Wythe is a solid team as well. Should be a good game but to say "humbled", I wouldn't go that far.

Hats off to the Honaker kids for a well fought effort. Very physical game. Proud of the maroons for stepping up in the second half and finishing. Keep it going.

Can someone tell me the starting time? We normally start our games at 7 but I heard it will be a 7:30 start. I hope for the latter so I can make kickoff after i get off from work.

I think tomorrow's game will be a classic. It will be a good measuring stick for our young team as well. We start 5 sophomores. This will help them to become more battle tested for the playoffs. Excited for this game.

Honaker is a very good football team and Alta Vista better not underestimate them. With that said, I do think the advantage goes to Alta Vista. D1 talent makes a difference in games like this. However, I would like to see the boys from Southwest Virginia pull it off. Good luck Honaker.

We are hearing that Honaker is very good and so is Galax. Think George Wythe is starting to play well but don't know if they are up to that caliber.

How many seniors do Honaker have?
