  1. Graham turns it over on downs & unsportsmanlike penalty Sideline penalty against Graham Undisciplined tonight as far as penalties; defense holding them but single wing giving them a time.
  2. Graham two TDs called back in 30 seconds 🙄
  3. You're right but thank goodness they held them to a field goal. It doesn't help having Kestner out injured. He's one of GMen's top defensive linemen.
  4. 14-3 Graham 10:32 left in 2nd Qt
  5. Took Giles 9 minutes for field goal and Graham less than a minute for TD 7-3
  6. Giles 3-0 ,3:21 left in first, Graham hasnt had possession yet. Kestner on sidelines tonight, looks like shoulder issue
  7. Thought you'd dropped off the board when you didn't come in boasting about Bluefield's win.
  8. Exactly! I didn't take your original post to mean he was a stand alone "high power" player but rather he gives Graham more options on offense. His presence changes the dynamics. The backup QB is still young and inexperienced and Blevins has a great arm & can help out and has varsity experience. Meadows will still get touches and keep gaining experience. He'll be ready to step up when a new starting QB is needed. As for Wimmer, I presume he'll still be on defense & get some touches (All of this is my personal opinion, others may disagree).
  9. The majority of games Richlands lost in state playoffs were due to offensive miscues. The defense has always been stronger in my opinion than offense. Hopefully, Mance can find the magic formula to get offense clicking this year. Everyone is rooting for Mance to get that 200th win but it's going to be a long season if they're depending solely on field goals to win.
  10. I'm sure there are some Graham people upset. I doubt he takes over full-time for Lester at this point but I see him stepping up to free Lester up some to receive and keep Lester from getting pounded so much. Those are just my thoughts, I could be totally wrong. I think his presence should be seen as a positive rather than a negative.
  11. Good luck Dawgs! Bring home the win! 🏈
  12. I heard on After the Whistle, it's pronounced Clift 😂😂😂
  13. Nothing will ever outdo the "Akers out at GC?" Thread...that thing went on for months 😂😂😂😂
  14. Is there anyway Central pulls the upset? Adkins according to some is best player in the region. Does Central have any weapons to combat his ability on offense?
  15. I know a transfer from a couple years ago that lived in an apartment belonging to defensive coordinator beside his own house and the parent never moved there. Basically, like your scenario, living unsupervised but courtesy of coach from school he transferred to play for, came from a completely different county & district. That to me is way more questionable to me. The sad thing is kid got injured and was out for season. I believe he eventually went back to his original school to finish out the year. We can all disagree with these scenarios but it is what it is and you can't blame kids for whatever their reason to transfer.
  16. I would never wish harm on any player no matter what school he played for or transferred to; shame on any adult that does or did in the past. I hate to see any kid injured. I feel terrible for the ones only two games in this season from some of our local teams that are out for the season.
  17. This transfer has really rubbed some of y'all the wrong way! 👆👆👆👆😂😂😂😂
  18. Agree with your post, nobody knows the circumstances or situation for any kid that transfers, period. The fact of the matter , as adults none of us should be bad mouthing or throwing shade any kids' direction because he transferred. If coaches go out and actively or illegally recruit. They're adults, fair game. I've found the best recruits are other players though.
  19. Saw the Bears MS team won last night!!! Congratulations!
  20. Are you going to be at the game Friday night? 😉
  21. I'm not sure I agree entirely. The main reason they seemed to give Graham a better game last year is due to the fact Graham is way ahead defensively at this point than they were last year at the same time IMO. Last year, Graham was undisciplined, making tons of mistakes, etc. Dawgs weren't prepared for the Graham team they faced last Friday. I hope they pull it all together and get some more Ws under their belt. I think they can still contend for 2nd in SWD.
  22. I think it's a hard row to hoe having to face Graham @home . This year's Graham is better at this point in the season than they were last year when they defeated Giles. I truthfully know very little about Giles' & their strengths but I believe GMen will handle whatever Giles throws at them.
  23. I have no idea how they will use him maybe he'll come in & give Lester a break from time to time depending on the opponent. I guess we'll see if he does in fact transfer how it all shakes out.
