I’m going to say Bluefield but that’s not with 100% certainty. I don’t know how good Pulaski is this year. I’ve been told by a buddy in Dublin they have improved since last year.

I wouldn’t mind playing Radford again. Graham has several teams to get past before thinking about Region C/Region D matchup; some of them will not be a cakewalk. Radford has some formidable opponents as well that will fight for that Region C title. I definitely would love to see Graham go 10-0 but I’m not counting my wins before they happen. One week at a time! No one can afford to get caught looking ahead including Graham.

I feel like the powers that be at GW like yanking your chain or is it the other way around? 😂 Kudos to Coach Crigger & TV folks for trying to give these players something to look forward to but when you don’t have adequate numbers to safely field a team, I hate it but you don’t want to put kids left in jeopardy. It stinks for them & their opponents now having to find a game but it is what it is. That area has been through so much devastation. No one can fault them for trying to give the kids a football season. BC needs to consolidate sooner rather than later IMHO.

Agree! It makes everyone better when everyone is competitive. Hopefully, they turn the corner just not completely cross the street on Friday, lol.

I’d say if you subtract the losses on sacks, Tazewell probably had less than 10 net yards rushing. Defense is one of our main strengths & I only see them becoming a more cohesive unit as the season progresses.

If it were for a state playoff game, maybe but still that’s crazy for high school football.

1 hour 41 minutes if it’s a running clock & they keep it running rather than continually stopping it like this past Friday.

I wouldn’t be shocked if Giles pulled the win. They are definitely headed in the right direction.

I’d say Tazewell has no worries. I was concerned thinking about the five hour trip but they’re spending the night on Friday so that’s good. Coach Harris needs to put those dogs to bed early & keep them focused. If not, maybe what happened to Richlands that year in the playoffs when they went down night before, had a grand ole time. It didn’t end well. They were totally not focused on the task at hand. I think it might have been state championship game. A Richlands person maybe can correct me. They have to be in all business not field trip mentality.

I’d say the clock keeper in Bluefield knows how to do a running clock if it comes to that, lol.

If Graham plays like they did last night, no doubt Union can beat us. We played very well but some of our players did not play their best game. Now with that being said, I think GMen keep improving & tweaking. I think penalties begin to taper off. This is not meant to put Tazewell down in any way but I think they made us look better than we actually performed. Our boys are doing great but there's room to get much much better. I also think Meadows is coming along as QB & our receivers need to help him out some, lol. As always, this all just my unprofessional opinion; others can disagree.

Honestly, I thought Tazewell did about what I expected them to do. Creasy & Harris are very talented along with a couple of others. Tazewell has improved leaps & bounds the past couple years. They never gave up tonight. That’s a plus! I never figured Tazewell had a chance at this point in the season to beat Graham. Graham’s D is tough & offense is improving weekly. I was super impressed with the O Line compared to last week. I think Tazewell has a good shot at taking 2nd in SWD. They can’t let Richlands get in their heads when that game rolls around though. Good luck the rest of the season!

You left out the school in Texas 😂 You could technically even include Richlands since GMen have a former Richlands coach on staff. I’m just trying to be thorough. 😂 Speaking of Richlands, saw a couple other former Richlands coaches in the stands. Even our fan base is inclusive. 😂
