Talking about a waiste of time, giving him numbers of how the flu affected and infected our nations youth compared to COVID and the five times the deaths for H1N1 compared to COVID also. Then he would come back with well our schools aren’t full time. When I talked about WV and TN playing. No answer. Well anyway, they may play in spring but I wouldn’t bet that they will. The 34-1 by the way, the only vote to play was by state senator David Suetterlein. I have been bugging some executive committee members. You ought to do the same and ask questions.
i have also talked to the vhsl. they have no interest in following the science or data. this is a political game to them and they throw out blanket statements. they all need to go. not sure if they are appointed or voted into those positions.

oh you can die from that in 50-60' i have alot of patients who do. covid is here forever just like cancer, flu, hiv, TB and others. either learn to live with it and understand people will die yearly or we hide and stay home till you die. me if forced to stay home all the time you all already dead. Legitimately NOTHING has been normal since the day I turned 30. The whole world shut down. Nearly 200k Americans are dead. My son is in school in my kitchen. 83% of my family has not met my 8.5 month old son. We didn't leave my house for a month. Sports were canceled. All over the world. People lost jobs. Businesses are gone that will never come back.
What exact data or science am I missing that says things are normal, or that they even will be in 4 months when this plan is set to go???
At lest Haun is fighting to let those who want to be in the stands at games actually be there. If the cap stays at 250, it's gonna be parents of players/band/cheer/coaches only and no one is gonna watch football.
what data?? well that tells me all i need to know. this doesn't kill kids, 0 kids have died in the state of VA under the age of 18 and only 56 died nation wide, compare this to other diseases. median age of people passing from covid is 78 and guess what happens to be the life expectancy in America? you guessed it 78. kids should be in school this has become politicized and here we are. but don't worry after Nov 4 it will all disappear. all the deaths well when the smoke clears and they actually find out who died of covid and who died with it the numbers will look alot different.

Worthy of note: This only happens if Virginia is out of phase 3 or if the language of phase 3 changes to allow high contact sports. The VHSL is at the mercy of the state government.
see this is the problem. vhsl is just pawns on their own and have the freedom to do what they want they are just chicken sh..... to make big boy decisions. state has no authority over schools. Northam even said as much.
