Yeah we suck. We were ok last season. 6-4. Made the playoffs for the first time since 07 or 08. But got our asses handed to us by Fulton first round Cherokee was awful last year. Cherokee is usually middle of the road.

Cherokee and Volunteer high school buildings are the same exact design but kind of a flip of each other. Both are one story. Only difference between our gym and Cherokee’s is Cherokee has an elevator. It was put in after JT Brooks got severely injured.

Gate City has been dormant for awhile. Hopefully they can get going again.

1. Tennessee did better than expected. For that I am proud. 2. Perhaps Tennessee doesn’t win if that was ruled a touchdown and if those BS defensive PIs weren’t called. The bottom line is those were some shitty calls. It may have cost us the game. But with the shitty 2nd quarter play, that cost the game as well. 3. The NCAA needs to fix some things. Faking injuries. Start making injured players sit out a series or a quarter. If you are doing it every time an offense gets first down then it’s obvious you’re faking it, especially if you’re not doing it during a 3 and out. Also, they need to start fining officials for blatantly bullshit calls. 4. NIL is already beginning to ruin college football. That said, the two teams were about even yesterday.

Fulton kicked our asses first round of playoffs. This was actually a good season for us. 6-4, then lose in first round. We are used to 3-7 at best.

Pity that Graham got beat. They were growing on me. Also, this Riverheads team apparently has the longest active win streak in the nation. And they’re tiny. With less than 450 students? That’s impressive considering that fact.

Sometimes teams severely underperform expectations. I am still sick over my 2016 Vols. Man 🤦‍♂️. Only game they should have lost on paper was Bama. After they lost to A&M they ran out of gas. Had the chance to bounce back against South Carolina and didn’t show up. Then the pathetic performance against Vandy being up like 21-7 in the second quarter.

Isn’t Union usually a top team? When I saw them a month ago I was a bit disappointed.
