HAHA that was my junior year..i'm glad we won that game tho cause once we got in the playoffs we rode that momentum all the way to wheeling...including a 3-0 win at james monroe that i'll never ever forget

nothin wrong with some good competition at mitchell stadium..i just hope blfd already has at least 6 wins goin into that game, that way our playoff lives wont be on the line..just major playoff position if that helps any

Well as young as the team is, its really tough to say if they make playoffs or not...all i can say is we lost 2 games by 2 points each so they could easily be 2-0 or at least 1-1, but with that being said, my JR. year at blfd we also started the year 0-2 and even 1-3 before winning 5 of the last 6 to make the playoffs and then we made it all the way to wheeling before losing to poca 27-7 in the title game...so it can be done..and the 05 beaver team did that as well before losing to weir

i dont know rules, i can count 4 or 5 times at least where we had pivital 3rd downs and the D couldnt get ECU off the field

thats a good point, but a lot of it goes on the defense which lost so many guys to graduation and reed williams to injury, when the D cant get the other team off the field the Offense cant get any rhythm..they'll have to improve, but there's still plenty of time to do so

yea well the mavs are young much like the beavers..give em time and i'm sure both teams will have it turned around come november and playoff time

i was there.. it didnt matter who was callin this game, the talent level was like night and day..blfd scored easily majority of the night..foley and the marriotti kid were both solid at QB t/n beaverbaseball...
