Loseing 2, 2 way startes in the 1st 6 mins of the game did not help that is for sure. IMHO RV was really tring to play Pass D early and could not contain the QB when he would tuck it and run.

Wadsworth was just a genetic freak really big and really fast but not a great football player fundamentally.

For all the talk of bad play calling RV lost 2 fumbals inside the 5 hold onto the football and RV is hosting Graham this week.....That being said Richlands played a great game and there QBs legs was difference in the game. As for Adkins I do not see him going anywhere but you cant stop rumers so until he suits up next season I am sure that the whispers will be heard

Not sure about that....Adkins may have the best hands on the team Richlands may want to put there best cover man on him

RV is without a doubt a better running than passing team but yes they can and have hurt team loading up the box.....add to that the coverage mentioned would leave Adkins in 1 on 1 coverage out of the backfield vs a LB which is a quick way to pad your passing stats. All in all it should be a heck of a game. Both coaching staffs are solid game planners will be interesting what new wrinkles each team comes up with for the game

I am sure that Richlands will try to load the box but RV is not running out of a 2 TE full house so the only way to get the box loaded is to leave someone uncovered.

As a player the Stadiums history did not mean a thing......However field conditions are another matter all together.....Appy which I remember being something like playing on a hard packed strip job. We won both games both games played there in my playing days but there is not another field I can think of in which the field itself played a bigger part in the games

I agree Central and Tazwell are both young teams that are looking to the future and getting into the playoffs after a few years sitting on the outside looking in is a big step in getting where there programs want to be

Well the season proceeding Reed at Central they were a 6 win playoff team in the 2 seasons under Reed they won 4 games total (One 1 vs a non Cumberland team.) At Abingdon he took a team that had won 4 games a year the prior 3 seasons and had them in the playoffs the next 4 seasons with there crest 2015 in an 11 win season Last season was a drop off winning 6 games and going win less in October. He was NOT the man for Central but had success in Abingdon (Many point out that Colbro was the man truly responsible for Abingdons success in Reeds time there but I honestly have no Idea. and if Reed could pull Colbro in to help him out again then I am sure that the GC Faithful will be in heven)

If he is central should be the favorite
