i miss the powell valley/richlands rivilry. some good games from the early 90's

either way it would probley do both teams more good if they played than if they didnt.

yeah matewan it was, lol i got my M's confused anyway now that Vhsl put these on here i remember all those games now, i think the cumberland game was 12-0. 12-6 something like that?

sorry to say, but i think everybody has scrimmages,i think the regular season games are needed for the menu this fall???

im pretty sure that they played montcolm, but yeah we had some desprite times in the late 90's but i like to think that they were scared of us insted of there hatred for vaught and the richlands athletic dept. lol

what ever happened to the grid-o-rama, i used to love to go up there and watch that thing.

the blues won 6-0 in 97 i think there was a strech there for a couple of years they had some weird opponets,(pikeview wv, cumberland ky, and montcolm wv) but i do remember the providence team they had a penn state look with lighter blue uniforms

i can remember some good richlands/grundy playoff games, but this playin tazewell,graham in the playoffs is kida takin away from the rivilry

hes a great athlete and just by the way he acts on the hardwood it seems like he has a good head on his sholders, sad to hear hes not participating in athletics in college but thats his choice, hell staring in 6 sports for the past 4 years probley burned him out!

haha if richlands got to stay in a hotel we'd probley all get suspended, hell we cant even ride a bus for 3 hrs without doing something lol

he was a good one, i think if the whole deal wouldnt have came up he could have won it in 93, and he would probley still be coaching, i bet its safe to say that he would have won 2 more titles if he had not been fired.
