FYI I know for a fact that the money used to plant the flowers and build and maintain the fountains in Bluefield are the responsibility of the Bluefield Beautification Commission which is funded through grants and fundraising. No city money was used in those projects.

There are only three tolls. There is not one past Charleston and they are $2 a pop. Its not a bad drive once you get off the turnpike.

Kinda funny that all the work those kickers did while the band was playing was all for not. Not even an attempted field goal in the second half. That was a disgraceful show of classlessness on behalf of the coaching staff!!!

Well goodbye Bluefield basketball. I doubt we will ever make it back to Charleston for the tourney. You can have all the talent in the world, but coaching is HUGE!!!! Besides I have heard that some of the players will not play for him since he was appointed. Or so they say.

I was at the game and JM did not blow the lead. They played their butts off. Lets just say that the calls at the end of the game were a bit questionable. JM should have won that game.

Just face it Bluefield, Montcolm, and Pikeview are the ugly stepchilds of the MCSB. That is the way it always has been and the way it will always be. I am tired of getting mad over it and screaming, but nothing will ever change. At least Bluefield City got to design our field themselves without the direction of the school board. And I believe that we came out on top on this one.

That was a great game!!! Bluefield has now lost its 3rd game, BUT those three losses are by a total of 4 points. I am looking forward to Charleston!!! Tonight was a great test, which will only help in the long run!!!

I just want to say to all the students at Bluefield, Thanks for your display of class last nite at the game. You all showed Princeton what it means to support your team and school without yelling (and wearing) rude and crude comments. Thanks!!! You made us alums proud!
