I think I have figured out why the blues lost last night, (The luck of the Sheets )he was sitting on Richlands side and everyone knows what happened to Tazewell this year with him sitting on their side. LOL

I would almost bet Sheets had a Richlands shirt on under the Vt shirt he had on last night.

Lance your right caves off. out played the blues d most of the night. When the blues had the ball and trying to throw cave was doing a lot holding on the rec. going down the middle of the field. I counted 4 different plays were the rec was held even when the ball was in the air but I dont kmow if would have helped or not because the richlands d had no answer for wright.

I agree with gizmo, congrats to cave very good ball team and you cant make mistakes aganist a good team amd win. The one thing during the game that I did not understand is why did the blues change the d-fence for tonights game. It looked like the blues were trying to keep their Lb back and try and read were cave was running the ball. The blues finialy went back to the way they usualy run their d and they were able to stop cave at the end of the 3 and during the 4th. This is not the first time they have done this before a big game and most of the time it ends up not working.

Caves lack of a kicking game scares me a little, its like a onside kick every time they kick off. You never know whats going to happen when the ball goes to bouncing everwhere.

I hate to hear when things like this happen in games, but keeping your head right during a game is part of the game.

I may be wrong but on a ejection during a game its up to the offical that made the call and what the player did on how many games the player will miss. I beleave the offical has so many days to fill out the paper work about the ejection.

From what I have seen and hurd Cave does not spell or give their starting rb a break at least they have not most of the year. The kid is a reak good back and going to be hard to stop and doesnt seem to wear down.

Yep, but it also sounds like some people cant stand that Honaker beat Hurley in football again.

From what I saw today both teams had calls for or aganist that could have went either way. From what I saw the better team won today, Honaker just made more playes when they needed to. I will give Hurley credit for not giveing up when they got down by 19 in the first half, but Honaker made the playes when they needed them to win the game. The officals didnt help either team win or lose this game.

I have wonder about this for years to. The only thing I know is he likes to paint his name, I always look over from the Front st bridge to the rail road bridge when it rains if you can see his name its not rained enough to flood, but if you cant read his name every thing in town is flooded.

I do like how you break each team down in your post. It sounds like alot of fun seeing different teams and places each week.

Hey Sleepin nuts I was gust wondering witch school do you scout for? The reason I am asking is that you have an indepth knowleage of most of the teams that are in the playoffs, alot more than the average fan. I do enjoy reading what you have to say about each team. Sory about the spelling its been a long day.

Besides beeing a Richlands fan this week I will also be pulling for Gc, Honaker, Union, Graham, Roockbridge, S River, and Tunstal. The Blues also need Salem and North Side to win also becauae Cave has beat both the teams they are playing.

Devon won wcyb tv 5 player of the week last week too but no one in Richlands got to see it because of the block of wcyb in Tazewell Co.

I would say it would be a very good chance of it.
